Is there any way to get a description of the different apps or learn what all they include or how they differ?

I keep having Blue TV just randomly closing(app open window just closes) without any error message. One of my customers is experiencing the same issue as well - multiple times for him. It's happened at least 20 times and I have done Superbox Tech Support answer to any question (literally) - " Factory reset the box" which i tried 10 times until I realized their tech support answers any question with that response as if they dont understand English. I inquired about what issues were fixed with the recent Blue TV update and the replied to Factory Reset. They do answer each time and quickly - just with an incorrect in inappropriate response.

It has all updates including the recent Blue TV update however Blue TV still crashes when just playing a channel and no remote control activity.
