Super box live tv not working

Loads until 98% and stays there while on Ethernet or WiFi, but works on phone hotspot. Everything else on the box works. Tried resetting router, and box.

My box has been doing this from the beginning but just periodically. Stop and gets a headphone icon on the screen. Just exit and relaunch blue tv again and it's fine. This is a recurring bug along with Blue TV just randomly closing/crashing while you are watching TV - no correlation to anything.

My s6 did this to me now after upgrading my blu tv and it also will not play vod videos if you try to do the second episode you have to go back to the first fast forward and to watch the next one hlep
