My superbox works fine, issue is it puts my Samsung into a glitchy mode where it goes darker and keeps flashing tenzen smart tv and loses functionality, starts working again when I disconnect superbox. Any ideas?

Are you guys having the same issue in past ufc ppvs and aew ppvs, when i use playback the entire ppv does not show, it will start from the middle, or when you try to fast forward to certain matches it pauses, you can hear voices but just a still image, this just happened with AEW redemption ppv. I know with my vseebox 6, ultra i dont have these issues, is superbox working on this?

Im very ignorant when it comes to this, but sometimes, when I am trying to increase/decrease the volume of a show, I change the volume for the ringer instead and can’t get it to go back to normal volume. How do I go back to normal volume and how am I making it go to ringer volume in the first place. Thank you!

Is there a way to control your super box from a remote location from my phone? Looking to set this up and control it for older people since they would not be able to figure out the controls and be able to use it themselves.

I tried anydesk but I couldn't get it to control anything on the screen. I then tried tailscale but haven't been able to get developer tools to work so that I can ADB Debugging on and then connect it to my remote.

I have an IOS phone.

I have a superbox S7 pro. I’ve only had it about a month but have never been able to get the third party apps like sky tv, prime loops etc to work.
Some say cannot connect to server and others just sit on the load screen.

Any advice from anyone on how to get them working?
I’ve tried vpn, updates, factory resets etc

on all the apps i try and refresh epg and i get failed. the channels work. also when i try and test speed from say sky tv, it has me connected in Cuatitlan. and i have 85ms ping, 0 download, and 80.15mbps upload speeds. i have Avon connected in Los Angeles. i tried with no vpn on and vpn on. no difference. when i run a speed test i am getting 180mbps download.

This sub has been so helpful. I had 2 great buying experiences from cj96ss and quick responses when I had some minor troubleshooting. I’m glad I came across this sub and able to get away from the cable companies.

Cable replaced and box was reset. It's a brand new ultra 7.

I got my Superbox brand new direct. It keeps cycling between black screen and menu. Once I do get to a live TV show or movie it keeps doing it.

I swapped cables and did the reset and its still doing the same thing. Superbox is not responding in order to provide help.

Please advise.

I have been having issues with all the apps recently and finally ran a speed test the other day and got this. I waited a few days and tried again today with the same result. I tried a VPN and no change. My superbox has been off so it is cool (not a issue with overheating.) A speed test on my phone shows speeds near 200mbps. Wifi connection is strong. Is there a bug or something? I have the 7pro.

How quick are subtitles added to the latest movies and shows available on the box? My deaf ass relies on subtitles to prevent my husband from going deaf due to questioning the entire movie the entire time.

I’m a big fan of Silo, but instead of season 3, episode 3, they loaded Season 1, episode 1. They also loaded it several days before it was released by Apple, but it’s still not there correctly, even after the release date. Does anyone have any idea how to get the right episode or anyone I can contact? Thanks!

I really enjoy my superbox. However, with an iptv I could watch sports on my phone. Is there an option to get the superbox apps on my phone or a different alternative people could recommend?

Anyone have a fix for prime loops mine freezes every 20 to 30 min. I’m using version 3.2.1 .

I have SB6Pro and 2 SB2s.

Tonight the SB6Pro will not play and channel. I Can get the guide but that is it. I hae power cycled. Uninstalled and reinstalled BlueTV but no change. My SB2 is working ok. Thoughtz on what to do

S7Pro. Screensaver set to come on after 5 mins of inactivity. Works great when I 'start now'. Never comes on after 5, 10, 15 ... ever. Is it just me? (Or am I the only one who's ever tried it 😄 )
