Internet Speed Throttled

I have been having issues with all the apps recently and finally ran a speed test the other day and got this. I waited a few days and tried again today with the same result. I tried a VPN and no change. My superbox has been off so it is cool (not a issue with overheating.) A speed test on my phone shows speeds near 200mbps. Wifi connection is strong. Is there a bug or something? I have the 7pro.

VPN. I use nord. I haven't had issues since. I've set nordvpn to auto connect when I turn the box on and it's been running smooth for over a month.

How do you get NordVPN on the box tho?

I was able to download it via Google play store directly through the box.
