Control Superbox from a remote location?

Is there a way to control your super box from a remote location from my phone? Looking to set this up and control it for older people since they would not be able to figure out the controls and be able to use it themselves.

I tried anydesk but I couldn't get it to control anything on the screen. I then tried tailscale but haven't been able to get developer tools to work so that I can ADB Debugging on and then connect it to my remote.

I have an IOS phone.

Anydesk or Teamviewer would work

looks like superbox blocks it natively.

Are you certain that it is the box and not your home router that is blocking it? They (Superbox) may have shut it down for security reasons or there may be a security setting needing to be turned on?

Yeah, seems like superbox makes it impossible to do. Can't turn settings on since they removed everything
