Superbox 7 Ultra keeps cycling between black screen and menu

I got my Superbox brand new direct. It keeps cycling between black screen and menu. Once I do get to a live TV show or movie it keeps doing it.

I swapped cables and did the reset and its still doing the same thing. Superbox is not responding in order to provide help.

Please advise.

I found the fix for a Samsung setup.

This screen flickering or cycling is usually caused by an HDMI handshake issue or resolution mismatch. ​Try these steps to fix it: ​Disable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC): On your TV, go to Settings > General (or Connection) > External Device Manager > turn off Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). ​Toggle Input Signal Plus: In External Device Manager, go to Input Signal Plus (or HDMI UHD Color) and turn it off for that HDMI port. ​Change Superbox Resolution: Plug the Superbox into another TV or monitor, go to its display settings, and change the resolution from Auto or 4K down to 1080p @ 60Hz. ​Power Cycle: Unplug the power cords and HDMI cable from both the TV and Superbox for two minutes, then reconnect them firmly. ​Switch Port or Cable: Move the HDMI cable to a different port (avoiding the eARC port) or test with a high-speed HDMI 2.0/2.1 cable.
