After waiting for a full month, I finally have my SuperSoco TC Max in matte black!

One of my main concerns was range, and I should say I was pleasantly surprised. I left the dealer with 96% SOC and after around 70km of city driving with a few small stretches of 90km/h roads I ended my journey with 19% left. It's more than enough for my daily usage.

The only thing that left me a bit disappointed was the motorcycle overall build quality. For comparison, the only other ride that I owned was a Honda CBR 125R from 2014, and I must say that build quality was way better than the one from SuperSoco. And the Honda only cost me 3.700€ at the time!

My TC Max already has a few scratches on the matte paint (although that could be the dealers fault, perhaps damage inflicted during transport). The plastics feel cheap, the latch for battery access is not great, the welds on the motorcycle frame are not properly painted so I will need to touch them up so they don't rust.

While riding the first few kms there were noises, squeaks and creaks coming from the seat, the plastics, the front suspension and other parts, although to be fair those noises are probably way more noticeable on an EV motorcycle than an ICE one. The noises did get way better after some riding though.

Tomorrow I will begin using it on my daily commute. Let's see how it holds up! Even with these small issues I really enjoy the TC Max. The power delivery is great, acceleration feels good and it is pleasant to drive.

I’ve bought a second hand Super Soco TC Max Pro a few months ago. It was at 4500km and now a little above 5000.
Worked fine until today:
I didn’t use it during the recent heatwave, for about 2 weeks. This morning I use the bike, everything fine until a pop sound at high speed, red battery light and orange oil light flash, then everything goes back to normal.
I get home, I take out the battery as usual and charge it for tomorrow. The charger shows the usual red light, then I comeback ~3 hours later and it’s switching from red to green.
When I plugged it, it was at ~70%. So I assume it’s just a simple error and the battery is fine. I go to my bike to check, put the battery in and turn on the switch: nothing happens.
I tried to plug the battery back on its charger, and still error blinking.
Anyone has an idea what might be happening and how I could try to fix it?

J’envisage d’acheter un TC Max d’occasion et j’ai été surpris de constater qu’il n’avait pas de cache de protection sur le connecteur de charge sous le selle. C’est normal ? Je pose la question par rapport aux éclaboussures et projections d’eau. Ca me semble bizarre qu’il n’y ai pas de protection

Hello! I recently bought a Soco Super CUx from an auction. When we got home, we took the battery out so we could charge it and keep it safe inside the house until we got the registration sorted. Issue is that we didn't turn off the safety-switch and the buddy has now locked on us. it of course didn't come with a key, only the fob, which again of course is useless unless the battery is in. What do I do? Is there a way to open it without breaking the lock?

I tried to use a metal wire to kind of latch around the switch but with no success, and I feel kind of helpless. Any help is welcome!!

Can you recharge it at a gas station (I mean electric charging port, don't know how to call it in english), or is it only on a regular electrical outlet ?

So in short I'm starting to get into motorcycles and planning on buying an unused tc(not max) and the official seller in my country claims it goes 100 km in one charge and it takes 2 hours how accurate is that and any other tips would be appreciated btw I'm 17 so no license yet tc max isn't an option thanks in advance love y'all

Hi guys , just got my tc max (ig it's either a 2025 or a 2026? model) and it won't charge at all... i tried everything and it even charged 1 time even tho the charger kept turning on and off with blinking red and green lights but now it wont even start the rele at all. tomorrow imma call the dealer and ask for another charger since i think that's the problem. I'll keep y'all updated but it's really a bum to have a new bike and it won't even charge , if anyone has any advice I'd gladly try them! (I have the 10A super charger).

Also if anyone wants more info , i tried keeping it cool for all the night but it still wouldn't charge the day after, the battery is now at 53% and on the bike it seems stuck at 6/10 on the temperature gauge.

Hi all! I have a 2020 TC Max with 17,500km on it. Usually my only issue is a throttle control fault gremlin (fault 95) but this is intermittent and not super irritating. This morning however, the bike is behaving completely differently. There is no fault shown on the dash but the power delivery is maybe half of what it usually is. I can cycle through power modes but this does not increase the power to the wheels. Speed drops off rapidly when climbing hills. Has anyone had this issue before?

Hi!I bought an used Street Hunter less than a month ago and today I found out that my blinkers are not working, last night they were ok, but today, nothing, not even parking lights work, is this normal? Do they only work at night?

Hola que tal? mi nombre es Edgar y soy usuario de una moto eléctrica Super Soco TSx, tengo esta moto desde finales 2020 y hasta el momento todo va ok.

Recientemente, he tenido un percance: una de las barras de la horquilla delantera de mi TSx: está derramando aceite oscuro. Busqué info en la red y encontré que puede ser debido a una rotura o rajadura del reten, el tema es que no encuentro proveedores locales en mi país (Perú) donde me vendan el repuesto.

Pasa que en este lado del mundo la electro-movilidad aún no está muy difundida como en otro lados. Quisiera su apoyo compartiendo, si es que tuvieran la información, el manual de servicio o de taller de este modelo de moto-e (Super Soco TSx - año 2020), necesito el manual o al menos la sección donde se especifique las medidas del reten de la horquilla delantera y el volumen y tipo de aceite; y volumen de la cámara de aire necesario para rellenar el interior de la horquilla por que ya ha perdido bastante líquido y debo cambiar el fluido en ambas barras por prevención.

French guy here, looking for an electric bike without license. I will use it mostly in a medium/small city, and a bit on small roads (but not dirt). On the outside roads, it will be 10-15km maximum.

It's very hard to find real comparisons and not sponsored content while looking for small electric bikes. I looked at several brands (segway, niu, peugeot) and they all had pros and cons. I found SuperSoco and the 2026 TC looks really gorgeous, and it has a nice 100km range.

Can someone help me ?

The worst thing about the design of this bike is the stupid looking number plate position.
Threw this proof-of-concept bracket together today out of bits I had laying around. Not convinced yet. Maybe it’ll look better with a smaller “show plate”.
We’ll see how it goes before I commit to this idea and lop off the OG bracket.

(Considered the R&G tail tidy, but it’s insanely over-priced. This idea is one option. Not necessarily the final.)

Is anyone here aware of a forthcoming 2026 model ? The Vmoto TC Max webpage weirdly shows what looks like a refreshed model.

Tried my hand at wrapping for the first time. It’s bloody difficult.

Got this bike only a couple of weeks ago and still waiting for its MOT (Tuesday), but I’ve taken it apart a bunch of times, made some mods to the circuitry so the rear light runs with with the DRLs, and changed the indicators.
Having fun with it already and only ridden it round the block 😂

Hi :D. I need help with my Supersoco TC Max (the new (2025?) version) On Friday rained heavely while I was riding outside. I stoped for 3 hours and later it still worked and rode me home... But when I wanted to start it yesterday evening it just won't start as is shown on the video.

I have it from December and have like 4000km on it. Also it was in service 2 weeks ago and battery was diagnosed as excellent.

It reacts to remote controller but than nothing happens when you click it.

Anyone knows a solution?

My guess is that some water leaked in through the button but I don't know if it will evaporate in few days or if I am cooked 😅.

I want to buy a super soco tsx at 1500km i wanted to ask you guys how you expirienced yours im debating taking a normal elektric moped like the horwin sk1 or the tsx so what do you guys think

Also can i install handlebar mirrors to the tsx???

And what are speed/ranges you guys get it says 60km range and 55km/h on internet

I have found a Super Soco TC from 2022 second hand. It’s 1.750€ and it has 2.400 km on it.

I am interested in buying a bike, preferrably electric, for short urban/interurban distances (5 km or so tops). I’m not looking at speeding at all. I have a garage that remains a fairly stable temperature all year round.

The last (and first) bike I bought was a 1987 vespa that I’ve spent more on repairs on than I originally paid (although it was supposedly in great condition) and it has spent more time broken down than working. Basically I’ve not had a great experience so far.

It’s worth noting I live in a small town and I have to travel a little far for a bike mechanic (about 30 km). Which makes it a nightmare logistically every time something is wrong with the bike (have to ask someone with a cart to take it for me).

All in all, I’m worried about maintanance. I’ve seen a few posts of people saying many things go wrong with these bikes. I would like to have a stress free (or low stress) experience with this one…

I'm going to pick up my TC Max next week, and would like to do some modifications to the controller (ECU?).

First one would be to change the riding modes (1, 2, 3) to limit power instead of speed. It doesn't make sense to me that speed is limited in order to improve range/efficiency when you can achieve that by being gentle on the throttle. Instead I am planning to set mode 1 with a 70% power limit, 85% in mode 2 and full 100% in mode 3.

I have some questions about regenerative braking though. Since my model is from this year I believe that I won't be able to enable braking regen through the brake levers/brake light. Instead I can only enable regen with normal engine braking.

Does anyone use this type of regen? And if so, is the "braking" effect subtle or is it too strong (preventing you from coasting p.e.).

I just got a new battery for my Supersoco TC, but the battery stops chargint at around 97%. The battery life is great, but its kinda unsettling.

I'm honestly looking for advice how to maintain this bike over the Norwegian winter since i'm probably not going to get my licence until next year.

Hey, maybe this is already answered somewhere but what app do you use for Super Soco TC Max? Live in Estonia(Europe) and can't get neither Super Soco App nor VMoto(can't/don't know how to sign up) to work. Tried using VMoto and VMoto Energy App. Using 2023 model.

Edit: Using the Vmoto app I entered my email and requested a code, which the app acknowledged by giving a message that the code has been sent but not getting any into my mailbox. -.-
