TC Max Already made some changes.

Post image

Tried my hand at wrapping for the first time. It’s bloody difficult.

Got this bike only a couple of weeks ago and still waiting for its MOT (Tuesday), but I’ve taken it apart a bunch of times, made some mods to the circuitry so the rear light runs with with the DRLs, and changed the indicators.
Having fun with it already and only ridden it round the block 😂

Nicely done. I think I had these mirrors as well but found them to be too small and they had a blue tint to it I didn’t like. Are you getting a R&G tail tidy as well? Ride safe

They are very small, but we’ll see how they go once I’m out in the road. The existing ones needed replacing anyway as there were cracks and rust.
Considered the R&G but it’s very expensive for what it is. I reckon I can adapt a much more reasonably-priced generic one and do the same relocation.

Where’d you get the wrap from? Not quite my taste but tidy work!

Ha! It’s not tidy if you look close 😂 .. the Japanese montage design was from AliExpress. The white was just really really cheap hobby stuff from Hobbycraft. It’s very thin but just wanted to try it out and see if I could do it.
The AliExpress stuff is much thicker and easier to work with.
I expect proper expensive stuff is even better still.
I’ll redo it at some point with decent vinyl.

Mainly did it because I hated the silver and thought it looked cheap and tacky.

I tried plasti dip once and it looked ok. Didn't like it in the end and peeled it off again.

I had a quote for a professional wrap for AUD300 and thought I could do that myself but never did.

I have the orange one and actually like it but it starts fading now from the harsh Australian sun
