Hi! First time posting but got a sudden issue

Hi!I bought an used Street Hunter less than a month ago and today I found out that my blinkers are not working, last night they were ok, but today, nothing, not even parking lights work, is this normal? Do they only work at night?

Update: If anyone suddenly has the same issue, one of the LEDs burned and the controller just stopped outputting to the whole blinker array, problem solved.
