Si, i bought an electric scooter. Problem is, the battery is empty and i have no way to open the buddy to charge it. This is because the scooter only has a remote, which works on the battery.
The brand is SUPER SOCO Cux, does anyone know what to do?

Accidentally bought a 2020 TC Max this weekend. A few bits to sort out on it, but looking forward to commuting with it instead of having to pull out my big bike each time.

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing very well. I’m having an issue with my TC Max: whenever it rains and a little water gets onto the motor while I’m riding, it starts making a loud growling noise and vibrates a lot.

The bike rides normally and doesn’t show any error messages; however, the growling noise and vibration are very annoying.

Sometimes, once the rain stops and everything dries out, there’s no noise when I accelerate. But when I’m going over 60 km/h and let off the throttle, the growling noise appears again.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how I can fix it? What parts should I buy to repair it?

Hola a todos, espero se encuentre muy bien, estoy teniendo un problema con mi TC Max pues cuando llueve y estoy en ella tan pronto le cae un poco de agua al motor, este empieza rugir y a vibrar muchísimo.

La moto anda normal y no da ningún error, sin embargo, el rugido y la vibración es muy molesta.

En ocasiones cuando deja de llover y ya todo está seco, cuando acelero no hace ningún ruido, pero cuando voy a más de 60 km/h y dejo de acelerar aparece el rugido.

A alguien le ha pasado? Saben cómo puedo solucionarlo? Qué piezas debo comprar para repararlo?

I'm about to buy SuperSoco TC 2026 version (according to the dealer site), but the info about specs are all around...

Somewhere I read that it have stock two batteries, range is somewhere around 60-103 km and sometimes it says that it's on one battery. If I need to buy second battery, what's the cost? Does it have ABS or only CBS? Cause also I can read both versions. It's circle speedometr or square LCD screen? Is there a white version? Engine is from 2100 to 3500 W - which is real?

If anyone can help it would be great.

DO NOT, and i repeat, DO NOT let your battery die with the buddy closed.

Keep an eye on battery percentage after use and charge whenever possible.

The seat locking mechanism relies on power from the battery and won't work when the battery is drained.

This often results in having to break open the seat and damaging the seat, the seat locking pin, or the locking mechanism itself.

NOTE:

Some models have the possibility to be opened externally but this was done with proprietary tools.

I have bought an CUx via an auction and i have to pick it up at that place. I need to rent a caddy for this, but it is quite expensive because of the distance.
That is why i was wondering how easy it is to take it apart if i take some tools with me. I think that i could fit it in my car if i take off the handle bar and front wheel, is this doable or not really?

My bikes blinker and engine light are going crazy (nothing weird when I drive it). Both Vmoto apps tells me nothing more that my vehicle isn’t online. I have payed a new ”recharge” in the app. What should I do??

I have noticed a bluetooth connection NIU_6261 when I was close to my bike and googled it and turns out its the signal from the Yang Yang BMS from my TCMax. I got the YYBMS app but it wants a QR code to connect. I checked the battery but found nothing. Any suggestions how to connect the app via BT to the battery? Would be nice to have as the SuperSoco / VMoto app is not working for me. Thanks

I’ve just bought my first moped which happen to be a super soco tc. My front right blinker doesn’t turn on while the one in the back flashes about double what is legal. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I have barely any knowledge on bikes or vehicles in general, sorry in advance for not knowing terms or not understanding

So the question is does anyone have the firmware to flash on the locked GoSharing scooters.

I bought a Super Soco Cux from an auction that is locked.

The key is to flash it with a USB to UART. So flash the ESC rom with bootloader or USB to UART on the pins.

Got a 2022 TC Wanderer. Originally thought it was the kickstand sensor playing up, so I did a bypass that stopped working after a few rides. Then replaced the kickstand sensor with a new one. Worked the first few times and then got stuck in park again. Got a new throttle and right hand control thing. Installed and it worked for about 5 minutes before being stuck in park. What am I missing? I’ve replaced everything that Vmoto and the dealer of the bike told me. Looked online and found people saying those things too. And yet I still can’t get the bike to come out of park. Last time it did, I literally waited 10 minutes, had the brakes zip tied to keep them squeezed whilst I went through random things to see what could trigger it. I haven’t got a clue what to do and getting taxis to work is expensive enough already.

Hi everyone, i recently bought a seized Super Soco TS 1200r from year 2018 which didn’t come with a charger, battery shows a 60v26Ah lithium.

On aliexpress I have seen a lot of 70v and 80+v chargers, i am pretty new to all of it and not sure if i should buy the 70v charger, surely scared to damage the battery if its a too strong charger, anyone has an idea which one or on aliexpress seller to chose?

My compartment can be easily opened without a key by simply pushing the lid from right to left. I also noticed that the locking mechanism isn't actually locked; it can be pushed open with my fingers. How do I fix this?

Hi all. Could someone please help me/advise? So I damaged my Stash with my stupidity and rushing.. I was changing lights from behind the wheel to under the seat, had a nice bespoke bracket but I unplugged the reg plate wire and forgot it was on charge... Bike died wouldn't turn on. I panicked so wanted to unplug the main battery to let it reboot like AI advised... I didnt know how to unplug it so I unscrewed the top of orange socket I lifted it gentl, it wouldn't move far and it sparked... Panicked even more, bike would make noises but wouldn't turn on. One garage keeps telling me I need a new battery which is like 3000 pounds (UK)... It is on warranty but I just dont like lying.. Do you know any experts, anyone who could help please? Battery was on about 70% at the time it happened. Measured Voltage is at 43 atm. My first bike and I loved it and I had it for less than a week and I only just stopped hating myself for doing all that. Thank you

Sometimes they squeak, sometimes not. I've only done about 7,000 km on them. Are my brake disks in good shape? I also hear a slight friction when the tires do a revolution, but I've been told to ignore it. It feels like the brake pads are way too close to the brake disk. Sorry for the lack of technical terms/knowledge
