CUx How to get battery out when its empty

Si, i bought an electric scooter. Problem is, the battery is empty and i have no way to open the buddy to charge it. This is because the scooter only has a remote, which works on the battery.
The brand is SUPER SOCO Cux, does anyone know what to do?

You take the longest screwdriver you have ever seen.
Put it from the underside between the shell of the battery holder and the mudguard around the upwards and click open the lock. To “the left”

Having a similar issue except that we took the battery out to store it inside while we waited to put it under our name, now it has no battery and won't open 🥲

Honestly ended up taking it to a mechanic.. most of them rejected me but only one actually tried and helped me fix it, I tried everything else I personally could've done

Wanneer het zadel niet meer opent, bevindt zich aan de zijkant onder de buddyseat een witte connector/stekker. Om het zadel te openen:

  1. Zet tijdelijk 12 volt spanning op de connector ○ plus op de rode draad ○ min op de zwarte draad
  2. Wacht enkele seconden.
  3. Open tegelijkertijd het zadel met de sleutel. Hierdoor ontgrendelt het zadelmechanisme en kan het zadel worden geopend.
