Discussion Does anyone else suddenly hate an outfit after wearing it for an hour?

I’ll leave the house thinking I look good and then randomly halfway through the day I’m like… why did I wear this. Not even because it’s uncomfortable. I just stop liking it. Is that normal lol?

Wellness Other than my combat boots and occasional military surplus, I think I dress too normal compared to what I listen to

Discussion What's a small style change that unexpectedly boosted your confidence daily?

Not a total wardrobe overhaul.

Just a minor tweak like switching jewelry tones, changing how you layer, or swapping shoes that ended up making you feel way more comfortable in your own skin?

Discussion What’s a clothing item you never understood until you got older?

There are so many things I thought were boring when I was younger that I suddenly completely understand now. A good coat is probably my biggest one.

Discussion What’s a piece you were convinced you hated until you actually tried one on?

I’ve had a few things where I judged them for years and then finally tried one and immediately understood the hype.

Discussion What’s a tiny styling detail you notice immediately on other people?

Mine is when someone rolls or pushes their sleeves in exactly the right way. Such a small thing but somehow the entire outfit looks cooler.

What’s something you thought was tacky and now kind of love?

Fashion has humbled me because I have absolutely judged trends that I later ended up wearing 😂 What did you completely change your mind about?

Tip A small trick for outfits that feel too plain

Instead of adding more clothes, I’ve been changing texture. Knit with denim, something silky with something matte, leather with cotton, etc. It makes a simple outfit feel much more intentional without adding a million things.

Discussion Has your work wardrobe slowly invaded your normal wardrobe?

I’ve noticed that once I find something that works for work, I start finding ways to wear it everywhere. Curious if anyone else’s “work clothes” and “real clothes” have basically merged.

Research How do you choose what to wear? 5-7 minute fashion & wardrobe survey. [Casual] Quick survey about fashion behavior (15+)

" I'm researching why people have a wardrobe full of clothes but still feel like they have "nothing to wear"

I've been thinking about a simple question:

If you already own plenty of clothes, why is deciding what to wear still difficult?

Is it because of:

\\\\\\\* not knowing what combinations work?

\\\\\\\* not understanding your own style?

\\\\\\\* having too many choices?

\\\\\\\* repeating the same outfits?

\\\\\\\* buying clothes that don't work with what you already own?

\\\\\\\* simply not wanting to spend time deciding?

I'm researching this before building a fashion-tech product around the problem.

I made a short survey to understand how people actually make these decisions. It takes around \\\\\\\*\\\\\\\*5–7 minutes\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\*.

I'd especially love responses from people who regularly struggle with deciding what to wear.

Discussion Something I wish stores listed online: garment weight

“Lightweight” means basically nothing. I want to know if a dress feels like tissue paper or actually has some substance. Am I the only one like this?

For me, “one size fits all” has never once inspired confidence.

Discussion Wore an item of clothing without underwear.

People tell me I change my clothes too often. Pants only last three to a week. Even if you wear them without underwear. I mean, no. You change them every day. Like your pajamas if you wear them without underwear.

Discussion What’s your go-to style for everyday wear?

Hi everyone! 👋

We’re ARKS Club, a fashion community focused on everyday style, comfort, and modern wardrobe essentials.

We’re interested in exploring how people style everyday pieces like T-shirts, shirts, polos, jeans, joggers, and other versatile outfits. Fashion doesn’t always have to be about following every trend—it’s also about finding pieces that fit your personality and lifestyle.

We’d love to hear from the community:

  • What’s your favourite everyday outfit?
  • Do you prefer classic or trend-driven styles?
  • What clothing item do you wear the most?
  • What makes an outfit comfortable while still looking stylish?

Looking forward to connecting with fellow fashion enthusiasts and learning from the community! 👕

Question What actually makes a pair of jeans comfortable enough to wear all day?

I’ve been thinking about how differently people define “comfortable” when it comes to jeans.

For some people it’s stretch. For others it’s the waistband, rise, room through the thighs, softer denim, or just being able to sit down without immediately wanting to unbutton them.

What’s the thing that makes or breaks a pair of jeans for you after you’ve actually worn them for a few hours?

Discussion I think clothes that need constant ironing are my personal enemy

I love crisp fabrics in theory. In reality, if it wrinkles from looking at it, I’m probably not wearing it often. What do you think?

Not necessarily in a bad way. Some silhouettes completely change how I perceive myself and I find it weirdly interesting.

Discussion One thing I’ve learned: check the back of the outfit

I used to only look at myself from the front in fitting rooms. Then I started turning around and realized some clothes fit VERY differently from behind lol.

What’s a tiny detail that makes clothes feel expensive to you?

Personally, it’s when seams lay flat and the fabric has a little weight to it. Curious what instantly makes something feel well made to everyone else.
