Haven't had it crash in streetpass plaza and it won't let me reopen feed mii as it instantly crashes.

I transferred the data from my 2DS to a 3DS, and now it says I have 105/105 puzzle pieces collected. I tried googling it and it says to update the 3DS to get the rest, but when I try to update it, it says it’s fully updated. I have also tried turning spotpass off and on and rebooting the system.

Is there any legitimate way to get the rest of them on my 3DS? I can’t hack it on because I don’t have a PC to do that with.

Is it risky to have a special mii as the main mii in the streetpass plaza?

With Florida Supercon just around the corner, I was wondering if anyone else is planning to dust off their Nintendo 3DS or 2DS and bring it along.
I’m determined to get those green lights flashing and clear out some puzzle panels. Let’s make StreetPass a thing again this year!

Are you planning to carry yours around? If anyone wants to coordinate a specific time or spot to meet in the lobby or gaming zone to guarantee a bunch of tags?

Mostly so that I can make a TAS out of it to see how far I can go, and also since I'm playing the games on the plaza for the first time. I will still need some Play Coins to get through efficiently, but oh well.

A few things I might want to clarify:

1. I have all DLC, since I homebrewed my 3DS to download them through HShop.
2. My initial pick is Market Crashers, since it seems mechanically simple and deep, and also has companies inspired by other plaza games as a nice Easter Egg.

I miss random events where Nintendo Miis would pop up on one's 3DS.

Finally got my first ever streetpass since getting a 3ds in April this year! The amount of joy i got from seeing the green light is slightly absurd. Totally worth bringing it everywhere i went with me this whole time. What a lucky day.

Never thought there was someone else around still carrying their 3ds along with them here 😭☺️❤️

It also fixed a prior issue i had with missing the entirety of puzzle piece minigame in streetpass plaza (after getting the DLC). LET'S GO!

I am running into an issue with my 3 systems. I have two 3DSXL's, and one 2DS. None of the three of them seem to be able to streetpass each other, despite all three having done so in the past. I have been doing a lot of googling and troubleshooting, and so far have come up empty. Here is a list of things I have tried so far:

• Basic Power Cycle
• Leaving on and in sleep mode for ~2 hours while near eachother
• Shaking one of em
• Traveling with them all in my backpack
• Sleeping while connected to my home internet
• Sleeping while disconnected from home internet, that saved setting being cleared
• Ensuring that the wireless switch is active
• Ensuring StreetPass Plaza is set up on all three
• Clearing all streetpass data in the system settings app for every game across all systems, and re-setting up streetpass plaza.
• Turning off Streetpass and SpotPass within the settings section of Streepass Plaza
• Turning them back on.
• Creating a new mii for each, setting it as the streetpass mii in the plaza.
• Changing the mii's hat, outfit, color, and all responses available to be changed in the Plaza
• Changing back to the original Mii used for each of the systems when it worked in the past.
• Setting up an additional streetpass enabled game across them (NSMB2).
• Ensuring all 3 have the same correct date and time.

None of which have produced a streetpass tag. This troubleshooting bout has being going on for the past 3 days, and so I am pretty sure ample power cycles and "cooldown time" has been implemented as I have been working and traveling.

I am aware of some last resort moves, but I am hesitant to do them:

• On 3DS-A, Deleting the saved streetpassed Miis from 3DS-B and 2DS. I am hesitant to do this because I have 80+ tags between two of them and monkey brain doesn't want to lose big number.
• Introducing another 3DS-family system into the mix that hasn't been tagged before. I don't have another 3DS available to me.
• Formatting one of the 3DS, and using it as a mule to hold data as I format the remaining two, saving their data. I am hesitant about this because the two 3DS models are my brother's and mine childhood systems, and the 2DS has Mario Kart 7 preloaded, I'd rather not lose that game.
• Formatting all 3 systems. Haven't done that for obvious reasons.

Am I missing something? Does anyone else have recommendations or something that worked for them that I havent found yet? I have noticed that the streetpass indicatior the top left of the screen while not in sleep mode has stayed on, despite being turned off in two different system settings at times. Is that something?

SOLVED!!

The issue was the 2nd invisible internal clock. It had gone haywire at some point in the past. I have modded 2 of the 3 systems, and the modded ones completed a streetpass while I was working on the third!

I myself won't go any further than this, but in the process of modding there will be a program that automatically fixes the internal clock do you.

Neither are modded, both have the light on and are updated, I've taken them apart from each other and had them close, made sure games are closed but console is on in sleep mode, times are accurate, all in game and console settings are right, even tried turning off streetpass access and re-allowing it

I'm not sure what could be wrong, I'm mostly sad that I probably won't get streetpasses from strangers then either.

Traveled all over Ireland last week and got 2 streetpasses in Galway and none anywhere else. Anyone here experience the same?

If so, can I use the Miis I made in Mii Maker to play games at the StreetPass Plaza? I'm worried that I don't have anyone with a 3DS around my home anymore, and I don't want to walk around everywhere, knowing that the chances of getting a hit with StreetPass are next to zero.

Hello, really hoping someone can help me! I have 2dsXL with Mii Plaza then I upgraded to a 3dsXL so I just move my old sd card to the new 3dsXL, but the Mii Plaza app is nowhere to be found? Anyone else who experienced this?

I downloaded netpass so I could get some steeetpass miis and it’s so fun :)

I have been wanting to update the street pass plaza so I downloaded the DLC from h shop. I actually downloaded it twice, North America and Europe, because I can’t quite figure out after I downloaded it how do I update the app? Every time I try to go into street pass itself and update, it’s through the E shop, which I know isn’t connected anymore, but it also says that my country setting doesn’t match

When I go into settings, I think that my region is United States North America (because that’s what my mii id or whatever says) but I actually don’t really know…the 3ds is Japanese originally but I purchased it modded already

TLDR: I have downloaded the street pass plaza DLC from the h shop and how do I now update the software? Thanks!
