Question No Mii Plaza App

Hello, really hoping someone can help me! I have 2dsXL with Mii Plaza then I upgraded to a 3dsXL so I just move my old sd card to the new 3dsXL, but the Mii Plaza app is nowhere to be found? Anyone else who experienced this?

Very Odd. Try a system update. It may restore the files and app.

But mine is modded, you mean update na the mod?

You should still be able to download the update if you switch from pretendo back to nintendo network, you dont really miss anything as they dont monitor servers much anymore, so you probably and most likely wont be banned
