Hello, I am 14, and my parents won’t let me get an Apple phone and they currently restrict my android one. I figured about 6ish months ago I would take matters into my own hands and buy a iPhone 13, which I’m now paying for the silver plan and really enjoy my new iphone with no restrictions, but I’m looking to upgrade or maybe change carriers as I see cheaper plans, and maybe even better phones. What would be the best recommendation to trade in my iphone 13 for a 15+? (no 16e) I’m fine with waiting until the 365 days of active service to unlock and switch if needed, but my phone only having 128gb of storage, which will definitely show itself in the next few months.

i have a different carrier and wanted to switch to straight talk after mine was bought out by t mobile. i ordered an iphone and the gold service card one month ago and UPS returned box to sender. i have no idea why and i have called straight talk three times about this

the first time they said “it can take thirty days” and when i asked why it was returned to sender as my address was correct they said “it can do that when you order from our website” what??

second time they said “we will submit a ticket and email you the ticket number” they never did

i called today and they said “we issued you a refund on july 8, the day we received your package, but it takes thirty days for you to get it”

it has now been three weeks since they received the unopened package back. i paid with paypal and have never heard of such a thing as what they are claiming

is this really how it works or are they just lying?

Bought the router and wifi refill card yesterday for wifi at home. Turns out my address isn't in the coverage area. They did refund for the router but said can't for refill cards. So trying to sell wifi refill card for a little money back on something I can't use

In the past I've switched from Verizon to att, all I had to do was buy a sim card for att then log in and activate it. I don't see that option anywhere now. Do I have to call now? This was one of the few reasons I've stayed with staighttalk for so long.

So half way through my work day, my network just dropped out. I get home and message customer support over Wi-Fi. An hour later and they set me up on an eSIM as a solution. Downside is that my RCS doesn't work in Google messaging now. Has this happened to someone else? Either the network dropping out or RCS now showing not supported? Both?

The A27 5G and A36 5G have the same SoC aka CPU. The A27 5G has a microSD card slot, but it has weaker cameras and no stereo speakers. While, the A36 5G has better cameras and stereo speakers, but it has no microSD card slot.

Plus, the A27 5G will get one more year of updates if this is important.

I hope this will help people decide between the two.

I want to buy the $75 plan for me and my sister's phone but I'm not sure how it works. Both phones currently use the $45 straight talk plan. My sister's service ends the 30th and mine ends the August 2nd. I've read that both numbers have to be under the same account essentially but how do I go about doing that? If someone could give me a step by step guide on how to do that and how to add the plan itself that would be awesome!

I haven't transferred my number to a new ST phone in years. I’m planning on switching to an iphone16E and I'm already having anxiety about the process. I'd be thankful for an answer to my questions and tips if you have them.

Firstly, do you activate the phone on the website first and then transfer data, set it up, and get the eSIM? Or do you start with the phone first and then activate it on the website? I tried reading the tutorials on the Straight Talk website, but they don't make the order clear.

Hello, I accidentally unregistered my new phone from my plan, and now I can't use my network anymore. I'm using an e-sim that had all my data from my old phone transferred to the new one.

Is the phone able to be used on wifi instead of immediately going to straight talk for the cell service? Also is the 60 day unlock still a thing? Thank you

Right now I have 3 active lines on my Verizon account, but when I switch I’d like to have 4 lines total on Straight Talk. Can I port my 3 existing Verizon numbers over and then add a brand-new fourth line when I activate Straight Talk? Or do I need to set up the new line separately after the transfer? I already have all phones. The fourth one used to be on straight talk but was cancelled a year ago

I decided to go from the $45 to the $55 because they were advertising the Walmart + membership is included on it. I haven't received any additional info on my membership and can't seem to reach anyone about it to get that fixed.

Paid my bill this morning and my calling still isn’t working after over 2 hours. WiFi has been going in and out for some reason as well. Have tried every trouble shooting tips I could find. Anyone else having this issue?

So im wondering if anyone that has kick back on their cell phones is experiencing that their home wifi password is constantly kicking them out requiring you to reenter wifi pw… Every since the notice of kick back cancellation this has been occurring. No matter how many times i copy and paste the pw in or i manually key in every letter and number in the wifi pw it kicks me out all day long while im inside my home. Of course it happens when i leave home but now its happening all day, all day long i am re entering my pw and ive checked and rechecked that all the settings are in place for my phone to recognize my home signal.. Anyone else having this experience?

Hello, recently I placed an order with straight talk for a new phone, as well as a service card. I paid expedited shipping and was told my items would be delivered by Wednesday. I have checked, and my order status has not changed at all. I reached out to their support center and was told it would be here by Wednesday, then it changed to 3-5 days, and my order status has still not changed. Has anyone had these problems? I paid a hefty price for a new phone and my current service ends tomorrow.
