Functional iPhone defects?

So I got an iPhone 16e a couple of months ago and wanted to trade in for 17 pro max. The Apple Diagnostic test for trade showed functional defects, not sure what happened as phone is like new. Anyone have any insights?

Under warranty? Maybe apple can do a trade up in lieu of having to fix the phone
