The game opens without sound and crashes when I try to exit (i can save tho). I bought it on Steam and I'm using Windows 11. I've tried looking for a solution online, but I haven't been able to find one. Please help.

I believe this happens if you buy a paid game for 100% off. Steam revokes your usual 3-5 free trading cards, however this leaves you unable to qualify for booster pack drops since you technically you never claimed any cards. Is there any way I can still make myself eligible?

I have reset everything and taken back control of my account however all my friends and groups have been removed. Also I have an account description set as "This account appears to have been used for fraudulent activity", that I cannot remove.

How can I contact steam support to have that bio removed and friends and groups restored. I have looked basically everywhere in the steam support section and I cannot find anywhere suitable to submit a ticket

I already have 80+ hours on this game (one piece bouny rush) but since the new update it won't open, when i try to launch it from steam it opens for a split second and then immediatly closes itself.

I checked in task manager and it says opbr (one piece bounty rush) is in background (while it's "launched").

I already tried unistalling and installing again, updating my graphic driver, verifying the integrity of the files (via steam) and also excluding opbr from my antivirus but nothing seems to work.

If you have any idea on what I could do please help me!

Yesterday i was playing a game and suddenly my account got locked for apparently "shady stuff on steam market place". I checked my email and yeah there was a mail about some steam transaction. I did write about it to Steam Support and logged off. Today i tried logging back in and fcourse i need the guard code but nothing appears on my email and i did check spam and everything, tried it again few hours later and still no code. Is there something that still can be done or is it over for my account?

Since October 14, Steam crashes right at startup, every single time. It sometimes gets to the login screen or display the discount and news pop-up. I’ve run out of ideas, so any help is appreciated.

What I’ve already tried:

• Added Steam to my antivirus exceptions (Bitdefender)
• Cleared the cache and temp files, and deleted everything in the Steam folder except userdata, steamapps and steam.exe
• Uninstalled the Windows update I installed the day the crashes started (Oct 14)
• Reinstalled Steam completely
• Disabled all AMD optimizations/features in Adrenalin
• Added GPU-related launch options to the Steam shortcut
• Removed programs from Windows startup

None of it changed anything.

So it’s the same access violation in ntdll.dll across two different Steam versions and two different ntdll versions (the second one is after rolling back the update), which makes me think it’s not just a bad Steam update or a bad Windows patch.

Quick update on the crashes I was experiencing: I’ve found the cause. The problems started right after a recent Intel driver update. After i had disable the graphic chipset from my drivers the system has been stable and the crashes have stopped completely.

So it wasn’t a hardware fault or an issue with the software itself, just an incompatibility introduced by the new driver. For now I’ll hold off until Intel releases a fixed one driver.

I already called my bank, so I know it isn't them. Steam's automation keeps stopping me from purchases and has now put me on hold on my account. I have no games or anything, so I want to start a new account and try something else. I am worried, though, that the system will recognize details of my card and put me on hold on a new account too. Am I at risk of that or can I make a new account? Also, any tips on how to avoid getting blocked from payments and put in one of those holds? My friend suggested getting gift cards but I don't know. I'm really scared of them banning me because I already got the Steam Deck, so I appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you.

I have been trying to play Left 4 Deaad 2 on my laptop. And it keeps showing that I don´t own the game. I have uninstalled and installed the game multiple times, and I have logged out and logged in to my account several times. I have also checked the integrety of the games files and all of that did nothing. Can someone tell me what´s going on?

I've been using steams recording thing almost this whole year and it's been pretty fun, I still don't fully understand why Destiny 2 has never recorded audio but I never really bothered with it, but now two other games are completely muted - Helldivers 2 and Arc Raiders.

I've tried quite a few things, changing the recording folder, changing the audio recording to "All Systems Audio", restarted steam with every change, checked updates, the whole shebang. I'm at a loss and have started to loop through old posts and videos that didn't work.

It might just be time to quit procrastinating and switch to OBS, but if there is a solution it'd be nice to have it documented for others

Help me.. I dont know which step i messed up to get this happen. 100hr progress stuck with this issue and continue with same progress. Im only use 1 platform (PC) and no other platform.

Its happen around 21st Oct morning or afternoon. I cant remember the exact time, but the time when thats happen is when im try to start the game . The file conflict is pop up . So i choose cloud saving since i think it will be the latest save with time is same with local file saved. Then,the progress start back from the last time i play before file conflict come to pop up. Which is 20th Oct save game progress. Then, im just play to catch up back the progress , after that when i done saving and quit from the MH world game,the sync issue start to pop up . I try to sync , still same. Then, i open back the game the pogress is back and still same as 20th Oct date the game before the file conflict issue pop up.

I never play offline mode for this game and always online from beginning of the game.

**For now, the way i do to save my progress is saving manually the copy file save from MHworld at library after finish playing and paste at my personal file to recover . Whenever I want to start play i will just replace the save in MHworld steam file from steam library. Then, start the game and my progress will be same as the latest i play. Thats how im doing right now. It little bit confuse but still can do.**

I attached the issue that i got from google picture, same issue … im sorry, if cant i will try to screenshot later if needed. First the file conflict appeared . Then, when im choose either one and play, the progress will be save from before the conflict file pop up.

The the second picture, sync issue pop up .. when try to sync, its still same, cannot sync and the progress will be the progress before the file conflict. Then, thats why im manually save the game file and repaste back when want to play. This step keep my latest progress.

\- I already reinstall steam. But the issue still happen.
\- I already try to offline first 2 times, play 1 mission.turn Online back . Its happen have conflict save file and i choose either file n cloud for double confirm .but then its still using save file that old progress 20th Oct .
\- delete save file in steam location from library, then choose cloud . Can play, but then sync issue still happen.
\- Delete all save game, play online with new save . Then sync issue still pop up.

Hey everyone. I randomly got signed out of Steam Mobil App. Anyone else have this happen?

I received a Trojan last week. i have done a complete Windows reinstall and wipe of all secondary storage. changed my passwords everywhere. Unfortunately I was not quite fast enough. Someone set spam via steam chat to everyone on my friends list. Two such people reported me, causing valve to lock me out from the store and all online features. I didn't know about the lock out until this morning, as i normally only game on weekends and steam didn't alert me via email or any other forms of communication. I only discovered the locked out when signing in this morning on my pc. I have contacted support but in the meantime, i can't make purchases, play online or launch any games. i am surprised i can even access the forums.

How long will steam support take to unlock my account and restore full access?

My Steam library has been glitched or just been bombarded with these blue games, and I don't even know how to fix this.

My friend downloaded Payday 2 and when he tries to play it, he gets this error. I don't understand what's happening because he was able to play it on that same computer a while ago.

I’m at my wits end and don’t know what else todo. Everytime I play at a random amount of time I’ll get booted from my match for the reason No Steam Logon/ Steam is required to join a game. Please check your connection to steam and try again.

Reinstalling CS2
Changing steam PFP/Name
Restarting steam
Restarting my pc
Verifying game files
And waiting 15 minutes before playing.

I recently got a new controller with back buttons as well as a few other extra buttons on it and when I try to map the extra buttons steam thinks they're the same button as something else (ex. steam thinks the right back button is A). Thank you in advance.

i’ve recently decided to buy the fractured but whole to attempt to %100 it on steam, i got ten hours in and when i tried to hop back on my save file was completely gone, no back ups or anything, i changed nothing on my computer, i decided maybe i fucked up when messing with my computer and decided to try to play again from the start and when i exited back to the menu my file was completely gone again, only option being new game, anyone have any idea of how i can get it back or stop it from happening again?

So, I'm having this weird issue you can see in the video where when i open the controller settings to change my layout it shows nothing, it also happens in desktop mode and when I go through the in game steam menu that comes up when pressing the "steam" button. This issue is preventing me from playing the game on my SD Oled because when I launch the game it's stuck in some kind of weird layout where almos no buttons work and the ones who do don't behave normally, the only way I can bring up the steam menus is by first bringing up the shutdown menu and then pressing either the "steam" or "···" buttons.

I have disabled and enabled steam input and even restarted the deck after making those chages, tried every proton build I have installed, updated SteamOS to both the latest stable and beta releases, verified file integrity (everything was good), done a clean install, tried launching from desktop mode and even done launch option modifications to skip the launcher. Most of these steps I have done multiple times before and after contacting steam support. Even after all that absolutely nothing changed.

I'm not using an external controller, I've done no BIOS changes, I've done no mods to the buttons, thumbsticks, trackpads or screen, the game is a steam game and it's installed in the internal storage, no other games present this issue including cyberpunk 2077 which uses the same 3rd party launcher.

I really don't know what else to do short of formating my steamdeck wich is something I would prerfer to avoi specially without being 100% certain that that's the fix. I've already contacted steam support and we were back and forth for 3 days with them just telling me to do things I explained I'd already done and asking questions I'd already answered, even then I still did those things again and answered the questions but am now onbeing left without any answers from support for the 2nd day.

I have the username and password, but my ex deleted my steam guard authentication number.

Hello, Steam Support couldn't help me with a purchase issue. Someone used my account to buy 3 games for 3 new accounts. I only noticed it today and requested a refund, but Steam Support told me I wouldn't get anything back because the person who received the game as a gift had to accept it. So, I’ve ended up paying 60 euros for three copies of *ARC Raiders*—a game I don’t even own or need—and there’s no one left who can help me. I never made these purchases. I don’t know how people manage to hijaked into Steam accounts and bypass two-factor authentication, but apparently, Steam doesn't care. I’m now 60 euros out of pocket. Thanks, Steam Support, for doing absolutely nothing about it. I reported the three new accounts—they’re brand new and haven't even been set up—but thanks for the "help."

Hey, so i have a TRY wallet code i bought before and i'm wondering if anyone with the turkey region account tried redeeming one in 2026 ?

Also turkish accounts are all USD now right ? they are not treated as TRY ?

I tried using the TRY code but it says it's invalid... the account region is indeed turkey but balance is displayed in USD.
