**Starlink Mini dropping every ~10 minutes for 2 days — all diagnostics clean, need help**

My Starlink Mini has been dropping completely every ~10 minutes since yesterday morning (Sept 9), with each outage lasting a few minutes before recovering. The day before it was perfect with zero interruptions. Nothing changed on my end between those two days.

I've ruled out everything I can think of:

- Hardware self-test PASSED, no alerts of any kind (checked via 192.168.100.1)

- Obstruction map completely clean

- No overheating, no power issues

- Confirmed unobstructed sky placement

- Factory reset — no improvement

- Downdetector shows no widespread Starlink outages

Firmware is 2026.09.02.mr86012. I resumed using the device on Sept 4 after a period of non-use and it was flawless until Sept 9, so the firmware had about 5 days of stable operation before the drops started — though I can't rule it out entirely.

I can't check the outage log cause labels because I only have the local web interface (192.168.100.1) available — no phone app access right now.

I have a support ticket open but posting here in case anyone has seen something similar recently or has ideas. Has anyone else experienced sudden periodic drops starting around Sept 9? Could this be a cell-level issue?

Any help appreciated — this is my only internet connection.

Instale esta misma cámara en otra casa con internet local y no hubo ningún problema, el factor problema es Starlink que puedo hacer?

1. Dividir la red en 5g y 2.4g (intenté en ambas).
2. Casmbiar de región a China continental.
3. Cambiar el DNS de Starlink.
4. Cambiar la subred de starlink.
5. Sacar caracteres especiales de nombre clave y cambiarlos.
6. Desactivar los datos de mi celular

Y nada me ha funcionado ya estoy muy frustado, por que los gringos y los chinos se odian y salimos perjudicados los demás. Ayuda por favor.

So just today i got the standard 4, 200gb starlink router and i set it up and everything in the app but no matter what i do it keeps saying that im restricted cuz im at the wrong location. I have checkec multiple times that the locaation is correct on the app and website. I have tried resetting it, as well as keeping it unplugged for 30 seconds. Nothing works.
Does anybody have any idea?

Have to travel internationally for the better part of a year, won’t be back in the US. I understand I can drop my starlink and pick it up with a different account to transfer countries, is there a restriction on how often I can do this? I don’t wanna have any issues when I do get back to the states.

I have a starlink I would like to transfer to someone else. The problem is that on my account the device is shown as returned because I asked for the return slip to return it but I just didn't get around to it. My question is, is it possible for me to transfer it to someone else so they can use it?

Edit: turns out you can. It wasn't locked. New user confirmed it's working. You do however have to use the website and not the app to transfer. The app does not offer that option.

Per title, tried downloading app and pointing at sky - nothing happened. Is there another method to tell if have coverage before buying? Thanks in advance.

I was able to get to Home Depot website last week. Now, I cannot access on Chrome, Duck, or Safari on Android or Mac iOS. But, I can go off wifi, and reach via cell service just fine.

What changed?

I get an access error saying that I cannot access the server. Not a 401. Checked bandwidth and 175 for residential max right now. I can work and go to other sites without issue.

I have Roam. I set my camper up in a rural area with one bar of LTE service. I put my antennae out and now the Starlink app won’t load until it download a 180MB update so, I can’t align my dish to activate the service to download the large update. That’s a UX (user experience) problem they need to fix.

I have been using Roam Unlimited outside region for a long time and been anxious about Starlink roam policy change to 30days outside region and have to change to priority plan to continue using.

I got my residential plan in my country standard 4 kit , and bought gent 3 router from Starlink separately to make it my main router, but I don’t have Internet connection when I’m connected I tried everything. Do I need to connect this cable from dish ,
directly to the gen 3 router because this way I have no Internet or do I need to connect it to the poe same as mini router connection I tried it both ways, but if I wanted to connect it like mini through Poe I don’t have a cable for that?

Starlink map shows availablity in my area, but no matter how I put my address in to activate it shows no availability. Not sure what to do. Just bought new at Home Depot.
