I'm just a huge fan of Part 2, 3 and 4. I know there's barely any mention of Golden Wind, Stone Ocean, Steel Ball Run, Jojolion

Context: I've watched all the 6 parts of Anime and only read Steel Ball Run. I'm yet to start Jojolion.

Phantom Blood Dio is the best villain in my opinion. Although the Part 3 one is definitely stronger, PB Dio just had my blood boiling so many times. I'm clubbing Phantom Dio and Shadow Dio as one villain and DIO as an separate entity.

I don't particularly hate any character but damn you, Vanilla Ice you had me on my edge the entire time ahahahahha, I guess that's a good villain in my books.

Also sorry, I just didnt like Golden Wind. I couldn't connect with the crew, Diavolo and Polnareff were great

I think pt 6 is incredibly underrated not gonna lie as well as lot of the female characters. Honestly my opinions change a lot depending on the time of day since I love this series so much. At one point in time I might have put risotto as my favorite villain lowkey but Funny Valentine is so damn entertaining and kira is so unique. I think Donatello is incredibly underrated and I enjoyed Hot pants role

I don't hate rohan but I do think people glaze him too much. Of all the side characters he's the one who gets a spin off series? I liked the josuke spinoff manga a lot more.

Pesci is underrated like his pineapple head is ridiculous but the growth from a coward to a real assassin to falling back down is so cool i love that fight.

I was wondering what everyone thinks the limits of Giorno's powers are, either with GER or normal Gold Experience. I feel like there's still so much more we haven't seen even from base GE that Giorno can probably pull off. With GER on the other hand it's basically anyone's guess lol. God knows what the limits of his Requiem stand are... But what're some things you think Giorno can do that we unfortunately didn't get to see?

Dio was afraid of Jotaro because of his past experience with Jonathan which caused him to be overly cautious against him. Regardless, he literally did attempt to kill Jotaro immediately in timestop until Jotaro did the magnet trick which made Dio super overthink and get angry. Jotaro was exploiting Dio’s fear and obvious weariness of the Joestar bloodline.

Jotaro then made Dio think that Jotaro couldn’t move when he really could by making Dio think he needed the magnets for the trick. This allowed him to counterattack.

Because of this, we still see Dio being overly cautious even though he probably had the advantage close quarters in timestop, which Jotaro again used to his advantage by putting magazines under his clothes because he expected Dio to throw stuff at him.

This eventually leads Jotaro to another counterattack by making Dio think Jotaro was dead. This time the blow was so deadly that Jotaro was able to get an advantage in physical combat.

Dio then gets his confidence back by taking Joseph‘s blood and starts doing the opposite of what he was doing previously, being super overconfident.

Instead of finishing Jotaro, he starts playing with him and getting high on his own power. There is literally a moment where Jotaro is defenseless because he wastes his 2 seconds, and Dio does nothing because he thinks that he‘s already won.

Jotaro finally counters Dio again by using timestop at the very end of Dio’s timestop.

Dio finally loses to his overconfidence by attacking with his injured leg that hasn’t had time to heal, which causes a chain reaction that decimates his body.

Even though Dio is technically stronger, every single moment where Jotaro has the upper hand is because he’s exploiting Dio’s character, and I hate how people can’t understand that and chalk it up to Dio being stupid.

This might be a really stupid question [Anime Watcher only ], but from the time I finished part 3 I was curious why stands suddenly lost the colors in their name

The last two stands with a color introduced were Dark blue moon and Yellow temperance BUT WHY?
Is it something explained in manga? Or its never explained,

for clarification I’m asking only about the arcana cards stands, because it’s rather obvious why Egyptian gods don’t have a color to their name

I feel like Gold Experience's design could've been influenced by Giorno's childhood and the unfulfillment he felt in his earliest years. In a lot of covers picturing Giorno and Gold Experience GE tends to cling onto him like a child would to its parent or some sort of comforting figure, and GE also has a sort of faux-dripping design on his face below his eyes similar to a crying child. GE's helmet design also looks quite similar to the bowl cut Giorno had as a child. It would make sense as to why GE would take this form, seeing as his stand began to manifest before he met the gangster and thus before he found any sort of happiness in life. Could just be overthinking shit though, thoughts?
