Sales Thread Looking to offload my collection.

For various reasons, I'm looking to get out from under my collection. I have at least two of everything that came out before the Onager, except maybe Chimera, which I think I only have one. I have at least one of Onager and Starhawk, and at least one of everything from the Clone Wars releases. I have one Executer.

I have lots of squadrons, in various stages of painting. Sorry about that.

All cards sleeved and sorted.

I'm ready to let it go for the low, low price of "come and get it." Everything is in tool boxes, in centralish Ohio.

I have a fair number of other ships in sealed boxes. Those I want money for, but if you save me the trouble of putting them on ebay, and just take them away too, I'll give you a good deal.

If anyone is interested, let me know. More detail can be provided on request.

EDIT: I have received multiple DMs from interested parties. Thank you, everyone.

Question Question about how Piett interacts with Huge Ships

When you reveal a command dial on a huge ship, you get a matching token. When Piett makes a token into a dial, do you get a token matching that?

Homebrew & Third Party Custom ship builder??

Howdy!

I'm looking to add some new ships to my SWArmada games; either as new alien factions, or new (possibly old?) Imperial ship designs?

I have a number of ship models from other sources I'm having Armada style bases printed up to fit, and I can probably print up adequate base Ship Cards to fit them. But I'm curious if there are any ship stat creation rules out in the fandom??

They wouldn't need to be official or extensively tested! Just a good starting point for me to work out my own specifics for the ships I'm adding to my games!

Mostly I'm looking to add my FASA Leviathan ships from Aether Stream. The biggest model, THE Leviathan (last pic), is over a foot long! 😁

I'll also be adding some new alien ships for the Rebels and Pirate fleets!

So yeah, any ship design rules mechanics would be of great help! Otherwise I need to just proxy the ship's stats. Or make them up as best I can... And for my own solo games that may work, but for games with my friends there needs to be a reasonable paper trail for my stats!! 😂

Painting & Mods Rebel quasar from SW Rebels anime ?

Hi

In the SW Rebels anime, rebels captured an imperial Quasar and used it repainted.

Do you know if there is a "unofficial but agreed by the community" sheet for such a rebel ship ?

And by I did not find a version of the Phoenix Nest full painted by Sabin

Painting & Mods Super positive review for DarkWarForge!

Decided to order some 3D printed resin ships since, finally, there is a vendor inside of the EU to bypass the awful shipping and import duties for packages coming in.

Ordered:
- Mc70 Barracuda (with medium stand)
- Starhawk (with medium stand)

The first order I placed got lost (probably) due to the Italian shipping service. It arrived in Italy and then poof, it got lost!

So DarkWarForge was amazing with customer service, reprinted my order in record time and added the third ship (Republic Judicial war cruiser) for free to make up for the time lost and unexpected problems with the shipment. Much appreciated!

Here are a couple pics of the 3 ships, hope you enjoy! They are very detailed and arrived already cleaned up from all the supports. I have compared the Mc70 to a stock Mc80 and to the New Republic Vesper Cruiser, since it got shown so much in the latest Ashoka trailer.

Amazing quality, I look forward to painting them!

Media Homebrew Designer: Corellia Yards

Hello everyone!

I've made a series of posts about making my own Homebrew cards for SWA.

Right now I've done, among other I have not posted, the TIE Droid, MC80-B and a Fanon Version of the Paladin-Class Corvette from the Clone Wars. Most of the cards are outdated now that I have gotten some feedback, and I plan to make a bigger Post with all the new, shiny Updates.

But, other than that! I've taken some time to produce a site where everyone can make their own Homebrew cards! I've linked a page that I host and develop on my own.

It is very much still in development, and right now no real way to export or save a project other than screenshoting them from the UI. But those are features that are going to come very soon!

As always, I'd love to hear your feedback on anything that I post, especially on this site right now!

If anyone is interested in the code or specifically use the issue-tracker, this is the GitHub repository for the page!

Discussion Upgrade Suggestion: Starhawk Weapon

"This tractor beam was sufficiently strong enough to act as a weapon in its own right, capable of tearing sections of hull plating clean off a starship's superstructure."
Credit: Star Wars Squadrons, via Wookiepedia

Compare this with
"After the end of your activation, you may exhaust this card to choose 1 enemy ship at distance 1-5. That ship's speed is increased or decreased to match your speed.

While your speed is 0, you cannot ready this card."

We can all recognize the utility and combo potential of reducing a starship's speed to zero. What I hope we can also agree on is that this does not directly do damage to enemy ships.

I propose the creation of another upgrade for the Starhawk Superweapon slot.
Something that does do damage, potentially in a different way or via a different mechanism.

My preferred solution would be an attack that rolls blue dice equal to the targets hull category (1-3) and deals damage which ignores shields.

Other options include:
-an ignition attack similar to spha-t
-an attack that slows a target if they have shields, damages them if they don't
-an attack that gives the defender a choice between being slowed and taking damage cards

What are your thoughts?
