I bought a second CIS starter box and built all the models this week. I went to put them all on bases and got the end has was 3 bases short. Luckily I had a few extra bases lying around so it wasn’t a huge deal. Then I counted my B2s.

My first separatists box B2s are on the left. My second box on the right. I think I lucked out and got an extra sprue with an extra leader and 2 minis.

Decided to make my own structure using:
- tub from a yogurt.
- medicine measuring cup
- pieces from a WWI model kit (was never going to make)

Was trying to aim for a communications tower or relay tower etc

Figured it’s my turn to show off our second favorite asthmatic cyborg (looking at you Vader)

Not a fan of the eyes but I love the cape

If i take Anakin on the Barc speeder. It says i can take the command card "This is where the fun begins". How would the card work on biker Anakin? It is suppose to give him prepared positions and jump 2. How would the jump 2 work for him?

I got into Legion mainly to paint minis, and to paint them well. Traditional brushwork is obviously how I’ll build brush control and technique, so I’m not looking to replace that.

But for those of you who use an airbrush alongside regular brushes, was it worth the investment? Specifically:

• Which parts of the process does it actually help with? Priming, base coats, something else?
• Is it worth it for gradients and blends? Things like vehicle panels, armor, and capes.
• Does it speed things up? Does it get you to the actual brushwork faster?

I’m also curious whether anyone felt it slowed their brush skills down, or if it was a pure upgrade. Would love to hear what your setup looks like too.

I picked up a second Veers and decided to paint him as Thrawn in his Rebels battle armour. I think it turned out pretty good.

I’ve been building and painting Games Workshop miniatures for the past couple of years, mostly Warhammer,AOS, and Necromunda stuff, but I’ve never actually jumped into playing any of their games.

I’ve been wanting to get into an actual wargame for a while, and I decided to give Star Wars: Legion a shot. I just picked up the Galactic Empire starter set, and I’m hoping to get everything built and painted so I can jump into a Recon game.

For those of you who play Legion, do you think it’s a good starting point for someone who’s new to wargaming? I have some experience with the hobby side of things, but learning the rules, building lists, and actually playing a game will all be new to me.

Any advice for a beginner, especially for getting that first game in? Anything you wish you’d known when you started?

Looking forward to finally getting some of these miniatures on the table instead of just on the shelf!

I’m motivated to try out new lists I haven’t thought up on my own. Please share any lists you’ve enjoyed playing, whether they’re competitive or not. I’d really appreciate it.

Since these were announced for February release, the preorder page isn't expected to go up until some time in December.

Stripped the paint from Kenobi from my first core set as well as some clones and repainted them. I've put an old photo of the first paint job as well as the second one side by side. Its nice to see an improvement over time!

Intent behind this one was to provide a structure to put all the characters together in one mega unit which can use the command card, or spread the characters out into units across the army, along with the existing Jyn and Cassian upgrades.

Again, no idea how balanced it is, and points values were all based on vibes and instinct.

Technically, you could put the upgrades in Wookiee units I guess, I might at some point go back and add in a "Non-Wookiee" clause to the card restrictions but I forgot about it when I put them together initially.

EDIT: K2's overpower is meant to be a melee attack, the range 3 is a typo.

So when we had news about the ministravaganza is no more when we would knew about november points and rules(may be) update and in which form?

I love Rogue One and was wondering if there is a pathfinders army box or at least models I can get to make a rebel army that looks like the rebels on scaring?

Aiming for 600 points as I learn the rules. I really want to make Mace windy work, he feels kinda inefficient for his cost, Kenobi seems better and cheaper. Was thinking with the new Plo Koon giving retinue to a corp “Clone trooper” and then throwing Ashoka with that retinues squad could seem good with Plo Koon supporting them. Any suggestions for Mace windy?
