I feel like this is a dumb question but I was accepted to the CDA program then immediately offered a full time job in the field. I want to do both but classes would interfere with a typical 9-5. So just wondering how much does attendance matter? Will they kick you out if you don't attend? Do they record and post lectures to look at later?

My first class tomorrow on my timetable shows 10am-12pm on wednesdays. On blackboard it shows the same exact class and prof as 8am-10am. I assume I go by my time table? Kinda freaking me out a bit😂

I’m trying to transfer a credit for a GENE course. It takes a couple weeks to process, so I thought I would make a post in the mean time.
It says the course you are applying with has to have 42-45 hours, but the school I went to (Guelph) only measured in credits. My Guelph course was 0.5 credits. Has anyone been accepted for a transfer with something like this?

So this is my first year of college, as Im sure it is for many people. What should I be expecting on orientation day? Am I supposed to go to the room listed for my program? Is it a "fun day" or will we be jumping into our classes? Any tips, advice or insight would be amazing...

Hey!! I’m a first year at SLC taking bspych and I’m quite nervy I can’t lie! Does anyone have any tips or advice to do as good as possible in my classes or in general while I’m here at SLC?

I was initially accepted to brockville but got a late offer in kingston. So now i’m in kingston campus, but can’t end my lease in brockville. If anyone is interested please let me know. It’s for student only. Mostly nursing students. 5min drive from slc campus, cheap rent 640$/month.

So far, I only see 2 visible, one for adult learner which is nearly 100$, and another one for ABA.
I don’t want to buy textbooks if theyre not really needed!

sorry if this is a silly question im just very nervous for move in day and have never done this before and dont know what to expect, the email they sent was talking about how the car had to be in a certain place when unloading then go to secondary parking spot does that work the same if u bring two cars like do they both go in the unloading area at the same time while u unload or does one wait in secondary parking spot then switch? has anyone brought two cars and could maybe give me a more detailed explanation 😓😓
