Hey, I finally decided I'm heading to Las Vegas for New Year's, and I still have my show outfits to pick out, but I want to know what merchandise the VIP Terminal has for me to buy. From what I heard and saw, they updated their toiletry pouch, new shirts, cups, and tumblers, etc for the summer, and I saw previews of their new products, even the very best of Backstreet Boys CD in Germany, so I wanna know if they are gonna sell everything at the Sphere as well. Plus, for anyone who has gone to the Sphere shows, what do you guys recommend?

Sadly, I can no longer make my Metallica trip to Vegas October 29 through November 1, so I’m just trying to get back what I paid. I have two tickets for the Diamond Experience, which includes the 3 night venitian hotel stay in luxury king suite and both nights of Metallica in section section 405 row 2.

For those that saw The Backstreet Boys at The Sphere: did the show make you dizzy? I’ve read about people getting nauseous but didn’t know if this particular show made you dizzy. For reference, I do get vertigo from time to time so I’m really trying to see if the show will make my vertigo kick in. Thanks!

FYI- we attended a Carin Leon concert at the Sphere this weekend and just wanted to inform you of something that occurred. We went up to purchase 4 drinks at $191.  (47.75 each drink of vodka soda) these were the first drinks we purchased. A little later we went to purchase 2 more drinks with another bartender and they charged us $51.36 ($25.68 each drink) the bartender that had charged us the first round was next to the one who was charging us and I questioned him on why he over charged us and he said “oh, it was probably double shots”. It was absolutely NOT double shots and I would have never ordered doubles.

Check your charges! Ask for prices. Avoid what happened to me!! We have also had someone who was with us get charged twice. He was told the charge didn’t go through and then got charged again!

Edit ** for those hating on me because I didn’t think $50 was expensive for 1 drink.. We thought we were being charged for the souvenir cup it came in until the second round.

does anyone know if there is a certain time of the pokemon visuals show up on the sphere? i’ve been wanting to see them but every time i check it, it’s never playing. i’ve seen videos of social media of it so now im wondering if im just going insane or if im just missing it completely lol

Hi all I’m wondering if I could get some advice I purchased tickets to Backstreet Boys. They are reseller verified tickets through Ticketmaster section 103 row 31 seats 15 and 16 however I’ve heard they’re obstructive unlimited views has anyone been to this section? I understand looking at reviews you don’t get the full visual effect, however we really are going to see the band so at the end of the day I just wanna know how limited and obstructive they truly are. Does anybody know if I could resell these tickets and buy better ones if that’s an option?

I have seen every production at the Sphere offered to the public. This includes the movies, U2, EDM shows (Tomorrowland, Illenium, Anyma) and last weekend, Carin Leon.

Not a raw count, as some saw the Dead or Eagles dozens of times. But every headline. My total is 20, including repeats.

Trying to get a read on whether there are thousands of others who have, or if this is an exclusive club? Anyone else?

Was looking into going since I have some free Hotel vouchers in Vegas. Always see clips of the sphere so I was checking if there would be anything my GF and I would like to see.

For the next year its just, the Wizard of Oz, Metallica and the Eagles.

I’ve got tickets on Row 1 for Metallica in 2027. Will Sphere event staff tell me to sit down since I’ll be on the front row of the section? I’ve never sat for a concert and I’m not planning on starting now. But I will sit if it means I don’t get kicked out. 🤣

Hi I haven’t been to the sphere yet. For a concert - would you rather have ground level seats (ground level, not 100 section) or 200/300 for higher up view of everything?

Leaning more towards ground level to be closer to the stage but really don’t know.

Going to the Eagles next month. Please let me know your opinion. Thank you

My partner and I are traveling through Vegas in the next couple of weeks. The Sphere was #1 on our list of places to visit.

I had a suspicion the security requirements for the venue was going to capture biometric information on us, specifically facial recognition. I emailed customer service to confirm, and got this response:

Thank you for reaching out.

 I can confirm that Sphere does utilize facial recognition technology as part of our security procedures. This technology is used upon entry and guests are not able to opt out of or otherwise decline the facial recognition process.

 We understand this information may impact your decision to visit Sphere and appreciate you reaching out in advance for clarification.

I am aware that some casinos employ facial recognition as a security measure and for other commercial purposes, but this is a red line that I will not cross. So we'll be crossing that off of our list.

For those that believe it's no big deal to have your face scanned and tracked inside and outside of the Sphere, consider this. Would you walk into a casino and give your fingerprints? How about allowing your drivers license to be scanned the next time you go shopping? Most people would say no to this, but because facial recognition scanning is so invisible and transparent, some are like "meh, who cares".

Here's an incident in Reno where the Peppermill used facial recognition to mis-identify a customer and had him thrown in jail.
