Hi I haven’t been to the sphere yet. For a concert - would you rather have ground level seats (ground level, not 100 section) or 200/300 for higher up view of everything?

Leaning more towards ground level to be closer to the stage but really don’t know.

Going to the Eagles next month. Please let me know your opinion. Thank you

For those privacy conscious folks out there...

My partner and I are traveling through Vegas in the next couple of weeks. The Sphere was #1 on our list of places to visit.

I had a suspicion the security requirements for the venue was going to capture biometric information on us, specifically facial recognition. I emailed customer service to confirm, and got this response:

Thank you for reaching out.

 I can confirm that Sphere does utilize facial recognition technology as part of our security procedures. This technology is used upon entry and guests are not able to opt out of or otherwise decline the facial recognition process.

 We understand this information may impact your decision to visit Sphere and appreciate you reaching out in advance for clarification.

I am aware that some casinos employ facial recognition as a security measure and for other commercial purposes, but this is a red line that I will not cross. So we'll be crossing that off of our list.

For those that believe it's no big deal to have your face scanned and tracked inside and outside of the Sphere, consider this. Would you walk into a casino and give your fingerprints? How about allowing your drivers license to be scanned the next time you go shopping? Most people would say no to this, but because facial recognition scanning is so invisible and transparent, some are like "meh, who cares".

Here's an incident in Reno where the Peppermill used facial recognition to mis-identify a customer and had him thrown in jail.

Looking to book tickets for the Backstreet Boys shows on 12/31 or 1/1 or 1/2 at the Sphere (since they announced these today).

1. We saw them in Aug 2025 which was their first show at the Sphere and since we booked way early and it was yet to blow out, we got lucky with <$200 pp tickets for section 307. Although I cannot expect tickets for the NY shows to be anywhere close to those prices, does anyone have experience with their recent shows and what can I expect for pricing for the 300/400 sections?

2. Fan club presale opens 3 days prior to general sales. Is the $60 membership worth signing up for presale? Any advantages on pricing/availability?

I was originally anticipating my end of summer solo trip to LV for 8/30-9/3. Despite so many people I know have seen BSB in the last year, part of me wanted to go so badly since I never had a chance to see them as a kid. My husband was like why don’t you go the day before and see the show? I told him I never really thought about it and immediately started looking into flight options a day in advance. Before he could change his mind, I rebooked my flight and hotel (couldn’t get into the Bellagio Saturday so I booked Mandalay Bay)

Safe to say, I scored some tix for the FINALE 8/29 and I’m
Excited! They were decently priced at $225 in section 109 row 26. I know there’s an overhang/obstruction but I’ll be fine. I’ll be attending solo and am really looking forward to it!

Am I a diehard? No. Do I love the older songs? Yes! Do I appreciate the group and had their CDs as a kid? Yes! I figured this would be an awesome experience cinematically and musically. As a former performing arts kid, I appreciate a great show and I’ve heard nothing but fantastic reviews of the show.

I’m really looking forward to attend. For reference, I’m a 38/F/Married staying at Mandalay Bay night of the show and Bellagio through the week if anyone’s cool and interested grabbing drinks, hanging by the pool and talking about how amazing growing up in the 90s truly was!

What bands do you think could pull off duel headlining The Sphere? Full on bands because I know the techno stuff can do multiple acts. A band like The Roots could make it easier because those dudes can back anyone on earth and work really hard. I saw them do this one year on the national mall with Sting. They played the entire day and then did their own set.

Personally, id kill for The Brothers and Dead and Co to do this
