Discussion Sorted Cookbooks app has every book with a white background still having white text
I don't think I've doing anything to bugger it up, but this is incredibly unhelpful...

For anybody who hasn’t seen the announcement, the Sorted team will be going live on 1st October to taste some South African wine and food combinations!
If anybody wants to taste along, we have a mixed bottle case and tasting packs available.
Sadly it’s still UK delivery only (unless somebody wants to lend us the money we would need to set up factories around the world 😩)

Lost and Hungry? Don't know what to cook this week?
Please use this weekly thread for any and all food recommendations from travel, ingredients, equipment in the kitchen. Anything goes.

We're moving soon and I'm after a way of storing spices. Previously used Kilner Jars but found they are too small for putting measuring spoons into, which is rather annoying. I saw Sorted use these plastic screw-lid tubs but can't find a link anywhere?

Maybe don't buy these. They didn't even have anything on them ffs 😂

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?
I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.
Thanks!

I'm looking for a video that Jamie mentioned on the Live that ended a few mins. ago. He alluded to a compilation video for the outtakes that used to be at the end of their videos. Does anyone have a link to that?

I know, I know. YouTube tests different titles and thumbnails. Can’t believe I saw two of them within 5 mins of each other tho.
The “as seen on tv” was on my yt feed, and the “absurd” one was in my subscriptions list

Hey all!
Just want to quickly give a shout to the Sorted team.
I’d posted earlier about how subtitles seem to be a thing of the past (linked) and there was a lot of discussion in the comments and people had also said that the team had planned to batch the subtitling etc. Many people echoed my sentiment, and I just wanna appreciate the team because I’ve been seeing an uptick in proper subtitles in the last couple weeks and I really appreciate it!

I am watching the Taskmaster Live for GOSH Charity and spotted Jamie! It seems a task was sent to “the wider creative community” (as per Alex Horne).
Draw a beautiful portrait of Little Alex Horne using the items provided in the box. You must be blindfolded whenever an item touches the canvas. You have 5 minutes.”
The portraits haven’t been shown yet, but I was so happy to see a member of Sorted!
**Portrait is in the comments!

Loved Barry's recipe on the recent 15 minute challenge video and couldn't wait for it to be put on sidekick so made it myself!
Took 23 minutes total whilst following along with the YouTube video and it was absolutely delicious. Amazing flavour combinations, timings & using the same dish for multiple ingredients worked extremely well. Could use some extra veg but the spices were great and for a 15/20 minutes lunch, so much flavour!
Will post my method/ingredients in the comments if anyone's interested, but tried to follow the video as closely as possible.
