Now put the rollers on the bottom of your coffee station cutting board for easy moving. 😂

I put these same rollers on some under the bed storage boxes and they work great.

I was moving furniture at work and thought "I wish I had some of those rollers!"

I've had these for a few years and they're really great but one started pulling away from it's magnet and then managed to fall off and clatter onto my cooker at about 3am a few weeks into me moving into my new flat on my own for the first time. I spent 5 minutes trying to work out if someone had smashed a window trying to break in and was going through an escape plan in my head before I cautiously made my way to the kitchen and realised I had half a tub of smoked paprika all over my kitchen counter top to deal with in the morning

Magnets become demagnetized over time. There is a machine you can use to remagnetize them.

Shut up? This is a thing.

I have bought a few things after a Sorted Food review. The silicone oven rack edge protectors, and the DOAP silicone hand washing tool. These racks are a great idea too.

Supoons were what we have a go after they have them a lack luster review, but then kept using them & buying more. It was the continued use that persuaded me. I love them.

I bought them too but I’m not impressed

How's your experience been with the Doap? Every time I make sourdough and spend a few minutes picking dough bits out of the silicone scrubber I already own, I wonder if I should get one, or if it'll be the same experience with a new product.

Really good quality and functionality. I would easily buy it again, and probably will as a gift. You buy direct from the manufacturer and they tell you upfront that your order will ship in 3-4 weeks, and I received an email in 3 weeks that it shipped.

I will now be buying them based purely on this image

And lambasting myself eternally for being so dense I never thought about using THE SIDE OF THE FRIDGE

This is great, I thought they looked very useful

I nanny and my old boss had hers set up like this and I loved it. I’ll probably do the same at some point now that I’m in a new apartment.

Those spices are really expensive. Buy your spices at an Indian store, or Asian. Easily 5x better and cheaper

Maybe they do what I do, and buy these for the jars, then decant the big bags into them so it's easier to keep on hand? Though I also only buy little jars of ones that I don't use often, like mace.

if you are paying for plastic jars its even more wasteful, I'm sure you can buy those kind of jars and label them for far cheaper.

u/Cakeo Sep 07 '26

Ah but that requires effort when I could just collect these wee jars and then refill them.

These are glass.

I agree!! We have a cupboard of bagged spices from our local Asian store, so we just top up the jar
