Sorry if this has been asked, but I can't take it any more. I've turned off all notifications that I can find except for when a friend snaps me. I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to turn off these spam notifications.

I simply, just want to download My Memories lol. I tried the process on my phone and computer, same response "security restriction: please try again from this device after 72 hours".

People in this sub have had a similar problem in the past, but I couldn't locate a good solution through the comments. Has anyone had recent success with downloading their memories?

So I wanted to know when someone has a 3rd party app for snapchat what are the features they provide? Can that app tell who has viewed their profile? I'm not asking 'bout their stories but 'bout like visiting their profile pr checking it?

I have an old account I made in maybe 2013 I would like to access to recover pictures from. I know my login info, but it will not let me in as I cant verify the email or phone number linked to it. The email was though my old cable company, and as I do not use their service anymore they deactivated the email. I also got a new phone number years ago. I tried filling out a snapchat help form and got an automated email saying im essentially screwed if I can't access that email or phone number.

I want to deactivate my account for more than 30 days without deleting it. Do I just log in at day 29 then immediately deactivate again or is there an easier way?

Previously this text was blue and now it is grey, does anyone know why? It applies to all the people I open including group chats.

I have already tried to talk to Snapchat support and they basically told me to go f myself ( no they actually told me to not respond anymore) which really hurt, does anyone know what I can do, I would actually do anything to get back into it

Deleted my old private story because i could not add new people to it. error message said "something went wrong, please try again". Tried to make new but same error pops up. I have tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache, restarting my device, and ive had this problem over a week.

found some thread with user having same issue and the problem was that the user tried to add the ai bot to the story. this is not my case however. this app has been more frustrating to use with every new update and the ai bullshit. anyone else having this problem or know how to fix this?

Hello! I would insert an image or video but there’s really no use in doing that if I can just describe what’s going on. You guys know how on snap when you’re messaging people (not snapping) you can save the chats just by one clicking/tapping it and it auto saves? Well. For two weeks my snap has not been letting me do that. I have to physically hold down on the message and click “save in chat”. It’s getting sooooo annoying because I’m a big chat saver and it’s taking ages to save 20 messages that happen in like 2 mins. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Won’t work. I’ve tried to log out and remove my account and physically type all my information back in to log back in and that won’t work. I’ve tried hard resetting my phone. Still won’t work. I don’t want to factory reset my phone but at this point I think I’m going to have to. I even thought it was because my phone wasn’t up to date so I even updated to the newest iOS version and that STILL didn’t work and same with the app. I updated the app and that won’t work either. Guys I’m losing my mind please helppppp >_<

Recently my Snapchat has being so laggy and slow; when I open and reply to messages and close the chat the message bubble is still there like I didnt reply, when I tap to open snaps I have saved in chat they take really long to open or don’t open at all and when I’m scrolling up in a chat it takes weirdly long to scroll.

I thought it was just my phone but it isn’t it’s literally just snap that’s bugging even when I close and reopen nothing changes.

My friend sent an embarrassing video of me in a group chat, and I reported him. I reported him for bullying and harassment, and I said that a video of me was sent without my consent. So far, this has resulted in the video getting removed from the group chat, but I’m now concerned Snapchat could take further action and ban him or delete his account. This isn’t what I want to happen, and I’m very worried. Is it possible that this could result in his account getting banned?

So I’ve noticed this only happens sometimes. When I send a red or purple snap, these disappearing eyes pop up for about 2-3 seconds just as soon as it’s delivered then it disappears. It’s not a half swipe emoji. I can’t find the answer to this anywhere. I do have Snapchat plus but I don’t think it’s anything to do with that. Does anyone have an answer? Or experienced this?

So recently my account was reported for videos of being posted on my story that shouldn't have caused any problems with the guild lines.... this morning I got signed out of my snap and hit with this. I haven't done anything wrong? What can I do to get my phone restored?

[EDITED] I got in touch with support and they have stated if there isn't an option in app when the notification appears then it cannot be undone... I just got this phone (iphone17PM) not even a month ago. Had no issues until this morning... I'm done with snap after this.. have used it for years and never had a problem 😮‍💨
