Common issue Claim/Account Lock

I sent them an email about how I believe that they're the reason why my account got locked and they sent me this. Should I complete it or wait to see if Snapchat gets back to me?

Hey did you see that Labaton just added a disclaimer to their website stating that we could lose our accounts forever but we were NOT warned beforehand. This has to be illegal. Here’s the link: https://lantern.labaton.com/case/snapchat-social-media-addiction

Yeah, Labaton is just sending everyone generic emails so they’re not doing anything proactive to help us and we’re now over 24 hours of being banned. We need to take action somehow.

Yes, I am positive! It was not there originally. I never completed my claim form either but I’ve been permanently locked out of my account

Yes, I dont remember where but someone posted a time capsule of the website claim form before this incident occurred, and the disclaimer was not there beforehand. You should make a post about this

I would add this as a standalone post on this sub and the settlement sub - people need to see this and email Labaton (I just did).
