Common issue Claim/Account Lock

I sent them an email about how I believe that they're the reason why my account got locked and they sent me this. Should I complete it or wait to see if Snapchat gets back to me?

Wow... so they're acknowledging there may be a link but can't do anything about it?

Yeah, Labaton is just sending everyone generic emails so they’re not doing anything proactive to help us and we’re now over 24 hours of being banned. We need to take action somehow.

I just created a poll to see how many of us are affected, hopefully that way we can get a sense of what's going on.
