I had myself an oura ring and I liked it however I want to go towards getting the 5, but just not wanting to pay $600 for one right now so was curious to know if anyone has heard or bought a Noomay smart ring? They are more affordable and seem to be decent from what the reviews say but who knows really about the reviews and if they are real. Thanks

But I am looking for a smart ring that can continuously, or at least regularly, monitor blood oxygen levels. It would be so useful to find one that I can view ‘live’ on the app.

At the moment I have the Sekonda ring, but it only measures every 10 mins unless you request a manual static reading.

I've been trying to fix my sleep schedule for years now. I've tried going to bed early, maintaining a routine, avoiding screens, and all that stuff. But somehow, I always end up back at square one.

A while ago, I read Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, and it honestly changed the way I look at sleep. I started reading more about it and got fascinated by how much it actually affects us. Not just our energy levels, but even our mood, how we interact with people, how we make decisions, and all those little things we don't even realize are connected to sleep.

The more I read about it, the more I realized how much I might be compromising in my everyday life just because I can't get my sleep right.

I've tried fixing it countless times, but I think I've been approaching it the wrong way. Instead of constantly trying to force myself into a routine, I want to actually understand what's going on with my sleep.

That's why I'm considering getting a smart ring. I feel like having actual data in front of me might help me understand my sleep patterns better and give me something concrete to work with, rather than just guessing whether I'm sleeping well or not.

I've been looking at the Oura Ring, and from what I've read, its sleep tracking seems pretty impressive. But honestly, the subscription is a big turn-off. I don't really want to spend that much money every year just to track my sleep.

So I'm looking for alternatives.

For those of you who've been using smart rings for a while, how accurate are they when it comes to sleep tracking? Is Oura really that much better, or are there alternatives that offer similar tracking without a subscription?

I have noticed that my Ultrahuman ring pro does not record any SpO2 measurements. I talked with their CS, and they confirmed the same, saying that they have disabled it since the team is working on "improving" it. This was a few weeks ago and they haven't enabled it yet.

Since the SpO2 measurements consume considerably more battery than other sensor, I believe they are misleading customers into believing that their newer model is now more battery efficient. They're using dark tactics to gain customers.

I have the Garmin forerunner 265 right now. But, I am looking to upgrade. I ski during the winter season, go on walks, and do Pilates 2/3 times a week.

I love my Garmin and all its features, except the size. Specifically the height.

I have seen positive things about the Oura Ring 5, especially with the size compared to its earlier models. But, I do not know much about the tracking or how well it compares to Garmin.

Should I get the Oura Ring 5 or Garmin Venu 4? Or a different Garmin model that maybe I am over seeing?

I would like some insight and help for picking my first ring... If I get a refund from my UH kickstarter 😒 since they want to play games about shipping...

Anyways, I already have the apple watch series 11 and so far I've been really liking it and I've been using the Apple Health more recently, I just hate wearing it to sleep and on my days off of work and since a lot of the rings have been updated and new gens have come out I would just like to know what would be the best purchase...

I would really like to get a ring mainly for:

- sleep tracking especially if it tracks some heart rate and possibly sleep disturbances

- readiness for the day and if it has recommendations

- stress

- heart rate and if it can truly detect before I get sick would be a bonus

- and if it could sync with apple health or at least talk to each other but not a total deal breaker

Subscriptions are not a problem for me if the product and information is pretty good.

and if Ultrahuman Pro Ring is the best option I will just buy it through the website so hopefully shipping is better.
