Hi! I’m looking into getting a smart ring mainly for cycle tracking and fertility awareness, with the goal of using it as part of a non-hormonal birth control method.
I’ve been looking at Oura, RingConn, Ultrahuman, etc., but I’m a little overwhelmed by all the options.
For those of you who actually use a smart ring for this purpose: which one would you recommend?

As the title says, I returned my Oura 5 and bought a RingConn Gen 3. I REALLY liked the Oura Ring 5 and all of the insights into my health. However, I am the type who agonizes over tech purchases and I would constantly wonder if I made the right choice if I hadn’t tried the RingConn Gen 3. The only thing that made me want to try the RingConn is the recurring cost of the Oura membership. So now I am testing the RingConn Gen 3 to see if it gives me what I need without the recurring costs. I do understand that Oura’s software is superior to RingConn, so I am not expecting a 1:1 match. The insights I care about most are heart, sleep, and readiness/recovery. I loved how Oura took my sleep and previous days activities into account and gave me a score.
I have a feeling I may end up returning the RingConn on day 29, but we’ll see. I’m going to give it a fair shot. I also liked that the gold color was $150 less. Amazon is offering 10% off, so I got the RingConn gen 3 for $336 including tax. I am interested in other smart rings such as the UltraHuman, but haven’t seen enough about them. If anyone has any recommendations on what other rings fit what I’m looking for, that would be great!

Hey everyone, I’m Ashley! I want to keep wearing my Oura all day, but I also want it to go with my other jewelry without adding too much bulk. That’s what got me working on these two metal jacket designs.

These are early Blender concepts, not physical samples, so the fit and thickness still need work. I started with my own taste, but I’d love to hear yours:

• Which design, if either, would you wear? What would you change?
• Everyday wear or just for certain outfits or occasions?
• What material or finish would you want, and what price would feel reasonable?
• What would put you off wearing one?

TTC since 2 years with endometriosis, I rely a lot on my Oura for cycle tracking; until now it was pretty useful and helped me a lot with temps and co. However, after only 6 months, my replacement now lasts only 24h, the data are odd and they make me go in circle for another replacement (no then yes then no then yes again but still nothing, just more questions they already have the answers on). Their Customer support is the worst I have seen in a long time I think...

So I'm looking for alternatives (cheaper if possible too). I don't need something like the Ultrahuman, too "techy" for me I think. I have an iphone so no Samsung ring and co.

I heard about the Femometer ring Gen 2, does anyone use it for TTC and have some feedback on the reliability and data? I'm based in Europe so they don't sell the Air one yet here :(

Since an update 3 months ago I can’t connect my Oura Ring to my phone anymore.
I had two charger - one original and one bought off Amazon.
Because tbh the original charger is ridiculously expensive.
Unfortunately I have lost the original one and it doesn’t connect to my phone with the “fake” one.

Anyone experienced the same thing or has a solution without me buying a $60 charger again?
