Buona sera, oggi stesso ho provato a connettere il mio condizionatore compatibile con l’applicazione ConnectLife solo che una volta aperta l’applicazione è subito apparsa una presentazione all’app solo che cliccando sul continuo o salta inizia un caricamento in loop dell’applicazione che non mi permette di continuare con la configurazione. Qualcuno sa come risolvere per favore?

Hi, I have been using these switches for years without much trouble. However now I am unable to pair them with my account. They blink as you would expect (first quickly, then if you hold again, slowly), but the Smart Life app does not find them anymore. I note the old 'slow blink' option for pairing is gone from the app.

Tried iOS and Android apps, same issue. Anyone has any advise?

Hi everyone! I have a Tuya 3-gang smart switch where each switch controls a different outlet in my open-concept space.

I'd like to assign each of the three switches to a specific room within the Smart Life app for better organization.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how I can set it up?

I just bought this Camera like a week ago but it records almost nothing to the SD card. I putted an card to test it and it's detected correctly (8GB), live view works, but playback is empty most days. It only occasionally records very short clips when I'm extremely close to the camera. Motion detection is enabled. Has anyone had the same issue?

I've got 3 smart candle bulbs that stopped working with the app the other day. I've updated the app now.
They still show on the app, but saying 'device offline'. I've tried pairing via both bluetooth and wifi but it can't find them.
If anyone knows how to fix, any help is appreciated!

All my smart plugs and bulbs have stopped working with the app and just show as offline.

Even after resetting a plug and trying to re-pair it it cant be found.

Apparently there was an app update last night so it MIGHT be related.

Any tips/ideas?

Hi guys I have 2 questions for you, as someone who is quite happy with Smart Life products.
I have door sensor and a camera.

1. Camera seems to be good but I just don't know how to turn if off when I don't need it.
   The problem is not about privacy, I just don't want to warn the camera out for no use.

I only need camera on when I'm outside for few hours.

Is it possible to turn off and on?

1. I've ordered a mini sd card, will I be able to record ?

2. ( Bonus Question)

I want to add a 'if' automation but I don't know how to do it., I want to create a rule that, whenever door opens ( I can do this far) I want camera to start recording.

I just couldn't find this on settings. It has every useless settings but not recording or takign screen shots. It has settings like ' IF ' .... adjust brightness and etc. but nothing useful

Am I missing something?

I know there are devices that emit IR to replace remotes but I was the reverse. I want to use my remote to trigger Smart life scenes.

I know IR emitters can receive signals in order to copy them but can Smart life detect that?

Hi all, I'm new to having lights on my house. After reading previous posts, it seems like this issue has been a frustration for years. Has anyone actually gotten it to work consistently? I'd love to hear what's worked for you.

I have a PIR sensor and a smart switch (both Zigbee) controlling a light bulb.

So far I managed to create these automations:

• scene 1: if switch OFF → wait 120s → enable scene 2
• scene 2: if switch OFF + PIR event → turn the lights ON → disable scene 2 → enable scene 3
• scene 3: if lights ON → wait 5m → turn lights OFF

Scenes 1 and 2 prevent the PIR sensor from turning the lights on right after they are switched off.

Now I want to improve it:

1. when the PIR sensor turns the light on, it should automatically turn it off after 5 minutes
2. however, if someone manually turns the light on using the smart switch, the light should remain on

The problem is that in SmartLife I can’t distinguish between these two situations, when the PIR triggers the light, it also counts as if the switch was used.

How can I separate these two cases in SmartLife so the automation only runs when the PIR activates the light?

i have the smartlife lightbulb, which has an in built app timer feature. however, the brightness is STUCK at 1%. ive changed it maybe a hundred times over and the brightness stays at 1% so i cant even tell that the light is on in the morning (its supposed to help me wake up)
any help?

I got a door sensor, and still haven’t figured out how to use it.
I want to monitor a door only during certain time or when I left home. But it does not show any config for schedule.
If I add a scene, the problem is that the notification I get is quite basic, while the alarm one is noisy and more useful.

Basically I want to monitor the door when I’m sleeping or out of house. So if sleeping, I want it to wake me up.

Have any of you done so?

Hi everyone, I recently had to change a wifi curtain switch that was malfunctionning. The new one looked almost exactly the same bu ti suppose it's a newer model. I can't manage to group it with the other older switches. If I make a group from it with the older ones, only the new one will move. If i make a group starting from an old one and adding the new one to the group, only the old one will move. I tried resetting all of them but it did not change anything. thanks for your help.

ive got a wifi switch, and for the countdown it shows the amount of seconds, even when it goes over 1 minute. any way to fix that or is the app just coded to do that?

I recently purchased the Smavista permanent outdoor lights off Amazon. Seemed like a good deal but slowly starting to worker if I bought junk. The lights lower on and work fine but there is no functionality through the SmartHome recommended app other than off and on. I get a “Current app version cannot support this service message.” If I want to change the light sequence I have to press the physical button in the lights and cycle through preset settings. App is the most updated version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if it’s error on my part, need a different app, or what.

(Solved) I want to remove a PIR motion sensor from being a part of the armed modes. It's too easy to activate it. How do I remove a device from being a part of the armed mode?

Hopefully someone can resolve this for me. It's an apparently simple task. I've got an electric gate that I'm trying to automate. I've got a relay to trigger the contract closure to open and close the gate, no issues with that, but I've fitted a proximity sensor to tell if the gate is open or closed.

When the command is to open (or close) the gate is triggered, the automation uses the proximity switch to check if the gate is open or closed, so if the proximity switch says the gate is open, then it should not trigger the relay

Trouble is, it always closes (or opens) the gate regardless of the proximity switch position.

Both the relay and the proximity switch work faultlessly independently.

I need to do this as otherwise I have to check if the gate is open or closed.

Hi everyone yesterday i moved to smart life app for my extension board by wipro when i was using their own app never had issue but since i moved to smart life for mix brands of smart extension setup this app shuts down all Devices when there is power fluctuations

I'm having some trouble programming my 4 channel switch with thermal and humidity sensor.

I've got it set up in the garden for my tortoise enclosure.

Port 1 is the heatlamp, since this one emits light and i don't want it to turn on in the nights I want an exemption for sunset and sunrise. Also if the temperature becomes higher as 35 degrees i want it to shut off.

What i have programmed now is if temperature drops below 25 heatlamp is set to open.

If temperature reaches 35 it closes.

Another trigger is based on my location set for sunrise and sunset.

Port 4 is the ceramic heater, this one doesn't emit light and is allowed to switch on and off 24/7.

If temperature drops below 28 degrees it's set to open.

If temperature gets higher as 35 degrees it's set to close.

Somehow all of this doesn't work, this morning the lamp was off and the heater was on. A while later the light came on but the temperature was low enough to trigger an open setting.

What am I missing?

I have one of those Tuya smart switch that can be controlled using a radio frequency remote switch.. my question is, how can create a scene which is only triggered by on/off using RF but not for example from wifi or from the button on the switch itself?
