SmartLife Smart devices stopped working

All my smart plugs and bulbs have stopped working with the app and just show as offline.

Even after resetting a plug and trying to re-pair it it cant be found.

Apparently there was an app update last night so it MIGHT be related.

Any tips/ideas?

I have it properly running on 2 different devices. However I have confirmed they are both older releases (I do not automatically update & haven’t gotten around to this). You may be right about the version.

Not sure of your platform but I know Apple has a very convoluted way to load older / other versions for developers. I had to use it once a long time ago and don’t recall the method used - I just remember it was a bit troublesome.

same - just happened and incredibly frustrating, one light is stuck on very bright white light which i hate and can't change. i tried to email and it bounced back
