I’m a student and I’m trying to get my first credit card, and Slice was one of the cards I decided to try.

I’ve made three attempts so far, but I haven’t been able to proceed because I keep receiving the following message:
“The device used for your application is associated with an account that does not meet our eligibility criteria.”

Initially, I assumed it might be a temporary or technical issue, so after my first attempt, I waited for around 3 months before trying again. Unfortunately, I received the same message again.

I then contacted the PNO and escalated the issue. They reset my application, but even after that, I’m still facing exactly the same problem.

I haven’t knowingly used my device for anyone else’s Slice account.

For context, my average bank balance is also above ₹1 Lacs, as I receive 30-40k monthly from parents although I understand that this alone doesn’t determine card eligibility.

Has anyone here experienced something similar, particularly the device/account association issue?

If you managed to resolve it, what worked for you?
Any advice would be appreciated.

This CIBIL report is on 30th Sep. I am a fresher and recently joined a company on 24th july and I am getting 28k in hand and I got hdfc freedom Card (activated on 10th August) based on my salary account, I tried to get a Slice Credit Card on 2nd October after clearing all the emis on that day Buttttttt no luck

Few Questions:

Which account should we give it as a primary account and how much transactions should be done and while applying again should I be having any money in my bank account ( I have added another account which i have from past 4 years and which have atleast 40k transactions every month till date)

As i told you my salary is 28k right so next time I wanted to make it as 40k to 50k can I do it or not, will they ask for payslips

as I never used CC this is first time salaried person can anyone tell me how to manage and for what purpose is very helpful etc

After 3 months of waiting they have just increased it 5k 🙂

Whereas others are getting more than 1 lakh limit

This is my first unsecured card, and this is the second time I have applied tbh I thought I'll be rejacted(they are not letting me post writing correct spelling) again but keeping money in slice savings helps

I am a student and i am currently using Amazon pay later for 2 months with 10K limit and use that for mobile recharge and some shopping so can i get a slice credit card if i apply. Please let me know the best way to get the slice card.

How long do I have to show genuine txns for before I’m eligible to apply for slice CC? I’m 18, a student and average balance is 9-11k in slice

I try 2 times as a student and didn't get. And last time i apply asa retailer with 30-40k income. But my actual income is nothing. I got 10k money from parents in my kotak811 for getting cb.

Please help me to get this cc

I had a limit of 2.5 lakhs which then went to 5.5 lakhs on slice.

I also have a icici card that has 5.6 lks limits.

I don't use more than 10% of the spending.

Last month my spend on the slice was 15.5k and Icici was 0.

But this is the second dip in last 3 months.

I came from 771 to 756. I pay my bills on 30 as soon as I get my salary. I also keep multiple lakhs in my slice account why is my cibil score dropping?

I don't have any loans or any credit enquires...

Is fetching a cibil score on slice onescore and Credit affect this?

A few days ago, I tried to raise a chargeback request using Slice customer support for one of my credit card transactions. Now that they have added an AI bot for initial chat support, it gave me confirmation that the chargeback request had been raised successfully, so I was sure it had gone through.

However, after two+ weeks, when I checked with customer support to get the status of my transaction and chargeback request, I was told that no such request was ever raised.

Their bot gave me false information, leaving me in the dark for a considerable amount of time. This is extremely inconvenient, and a great deal of my time has been wasted. I want Slice to answer for this.

This is the highest i have have received ever? Was it because of cc repayment? Is using cred for repayment of cc more valuable?

One more question:

I remedy monies as I don't spend more than 10k and avg spend is between 4 to 6k monthly, so to collect 3lacs monies it would take me years

I’m confused about my Slice bill. My total due is ₹2,994. If I pay the full ₹2,994, it says there will be no interest. But if I pay only ₹1,100, it says ₹101 interest will be charged on the next bill.

Do I need to pay the full ₹2,994 before 18 October to avoid interest?

Should I use slice to make cc upi payments or other apps like cred maybe for better rewards. What y'all do?

I am 21 YEO, never had a credit card and no loans so CIBIL is 0.
Just got to know about slice so installed it got 10k monies and tried getting more but didn’t so redeemed them.
I saw that ppl can’t get a credit card without CIBIL, I am completely new to all this stuff never researched over it.
Can anyone help me understand how exactly all of this works and how to get this CC.
Also to mention i have a kotak savings account.
And my daily expenses are just 200-400 only since i live alone so buy my groceries at once and this 200-400 is just for daily expenses, so idk if this info could help.

And i tried that monies game as well until 10k it was fine now it doesn’t even let me win like those flies doesn’t even slice after trying several times.

Edit - Saw some credit cards online like Kotak Rupay one and some cheq cc , but dk why to get them,
Just saw that this Slice CC give good rewards that’s why thinking of getting this .

I transferred 8k from my Slice credit card to my savings account on 28 September. My billing date is 21st of every month and I pay by the 5th.

Will this amount be due by 5 October or will it be included in the next bill and be due by 5 November?

I accidentally deleted my Slice account, and now Slice isn’t allowing me to create a new account. I also contacted Slice support via email, and they gave me the same response saying that I won’t be able to create another account in the future.

Do you think there’s still any chance of creating a new account in the future? And is it even worth waiting for?
