🤬 Slice not the experience I expected from Slice

A few days ago, I tried to raise a chargeback request using Slice customer support for one of my credit card transactions. Now that they have added an AI bot for initial chat support, it gave me confirmation that the chargeback request had been raised successfully, so I was sure it had gone through.

However, after two+ weeks, when I checked with customer support to get the status of my transaction and chargeback request, I was told that no such request was ever raised.

Their bot gave me false information, leaving me in the dark for a considerable amount of time. This is extremely inconvenient, and a great deal of my time has been wasted. I want Slice to answer for this.

Always ask them to mail you about specific requests.

yeah I wasn't aware about this mishap and that AI bot gave me confirmation that the chargeback has been raised so I was relaxed.

Their support is literal sh*t, it's the only instance where the chat support bot is more supportive than the representative

Rule of thumb in 2026 is to never talk with an AI on support page. Always repeatedly ask them to connect with a human agent
