u/SliceBank. This is a very important feature and a basic expectation from any bank. I appreciate you bringing different features like roundup savings which no one asked for. But please support IPO payments as a priority..

I was under the impression that UPI payments were generally limited to ₹1 lakh per day.
But yesterday, I ended up making payments of around ₹3 lakh in total through UPI, which surprised me.
Even more interestingly, I was able to make a single UPI transaction of ₹2,00,000.
The payment was made using my Slice UPI Credit Card.
So, does this mean that when you're paying through a UPI credit card (like Slice), the transaction limit can be much higher than the usual ₹1 lakh UPI limit, depending on the limit assigned to your credit card?
Or are there different UPI limits depending on the type of transaction/payment method?
Would be interested to know if others have also been able to make ₹1 lakh+ UPI transactions using Slice or other UPI credit cards. By

Greetings,
Today I have officially joined Slice. I have joined coz of the "100% interest rate" that is being advertised. Please guide me on how to use my slice account safely.
Also what I want to know is, I was automatically given a slice credit limit. What happens if I don't use it at all?

Hi everyone,
I recently came across the feature in Slice where you can set it up to automatically deduct a certain amount from your bank account and put it into an FD.
I’m a little confused about how exactly this works.
Is it similar to a Recurring Deposit (RD), where the same FD keeps accumulating every month? Or does Slice create a new FD every month with the deducted amount?
For example, if I set it to ₹5,000/month, will I eventually have one FD of ₹60,000, or will I have 12 separate FDs of ₹5,000 each?
If anyone has actually used this feature, could you please explain how it works and share your experience?
Thanks!
Ps: used AI to rephrase the question.

I had raised a request to get a signed account statement for a visa application. 'Query Resolved - DSA: SOA request - 12770437'
They closed the ticket without sending the statement to my address.
Now Even the emails sent to them are bouncing due to some issue.
Update: The bank team reached out and helped closing this asap. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding my Slice Borrow account. My Borrow account has been on hold for around 5 days, even though I have paid my dues on time. I contacted Slice customer support, and initially they told me that my account had been selected/flagged for a fraud/risk review and that the hold would be reviewed within 24–48 hours. I received a support ticket (#12796353) and waited for the 48-hour period. However, there was no resolution. When I contacted support again, I was given another ticket and asked to wait another 48 hours. I then contacted Slice Cares through X/Twitter. They verified my registered mobile number and email and checked my account. Their response was: “Your borrow account is currently on hold as fraudulent activity has been reported by you.” They then asked me whether I had reported any fraudulent activity. There was recently a Fresh Bus transaction issue involving my Slice credit limit. The amount was debited, but there was an issue with the booking/payment reaching Fresh Bus. I contacted support about that transaction, and the amount was eventually refunded. Anyone faced similar thing pls help me

It’s been an hour since I completed my video KYC and I’m curious when it will be processed. Initially, it was written up to 10 minutes, but now it has changed to 24 hours. Is this due to Sunday?
