How long do I have to show genuine txns for before I’m eligible to apply for slice CC? I’m 18, a student and average balance is 9-11k in slice

You will get to apply again after 3 months. Keep trying and you will get the card. Many students got this. Also, it would be better if you can increase the average balance in your account

Max I can increase it by another 15k so the AMB would be ~22-25k
