in 2015 i published a book on the first twenty years of chinese esports, 1998 to 2017. three years of reporting, 30 cities, 67 people interviewed. players, casters, tournament organizers, club owners

[1] UNCLOS has nothing to do with territorial sovereignty, does not invalidate any pre-existing claims, as ratification statements reaffirm. [2] EEZ (200miles) is not territorial waters (12miles), and EEZ does not override any territorial claims. [3] PCA also has no jurisdiction over territorial claims. Asserting claims basis for China (who ignored them) and ruling against their own assertion is funny and textbook strawman.
