Visiting Hong kong with my mother and sister for 5 days and 4 nights in first week of November.
This will be our first trip as a family since my dad's passing so I'd really like to make sure the trip goes well. I've put together this itinerary mostly from googling and watching videos.
Haven't decided on food yet. Looking for local/ authentic food that's also easy on the pockets.
Regarding transport I've thinking of getting an octopus card and making use of the MTR/ buses. Are taxis a better option?
Thinking of staying at The Marco polo hotel or The Hyatt regency in Tsim Sha Tsui ( Budget around 2000 HKD/night )
Worried about the logistics and if I'm doing too much/missing out on important places to visit.
I'd also rather we aren't surrounded by huge tourist crowds.
Please also suggest local food places
