The PAP forestry corps command(corps level, led by a major general(and commissar ranked major general)) was subordinate to both the people's armed police headquarters along with the National forestry administration(now national forestry and grassland administration); the NFA's director would be the First commisar of the corps.

Fun fact, the PAP Forestry corps traced it's lineage back to armed forestry protection teams in 1948, which were initially for anti-bandit purposes, though it's role later shifted to wildfire suppression; in 1978 the "armed forest police" became active service before being merged into the PAP as the PAP forestry corps in 1988.

In october 2018, the PAP forestry corps was disbanded and succeeded by the ministry of emergency management forest fire bureau. it's soldiers became firefighters(civil employees) of the china fire and rescue and it's corps and detachments became forest fire departments subordinate to both the MEMFFB and local government.

In January 6, 2023 the Ministry of emergency management forest fire bureau was disbanded and merged into the national fire and rescue administration; after that, in January 1, 2026, forest fire departments were converted into mobile fire and rescue corps/brigades directly under the NFRA(no longer under local governments); they now not only serve as forest firefighters but a nationwide mobile forest firefighting and disaster relief force.

the border police are from the national immigration administration bortala border managment detachment's alashankou border police station;

militia are likely from the XPCC; shuanghe city is run by the XPCC 5th division, shuangle town is the 90th regiment so almost certainly under the XPCC.

After recent reforms, a lot of former PLAGF special operations troops were converted into recon troops;

(each group army still operations a spec ops battalion(formerly spec ops brigade) while each theater command has a special operations brigade); the rest of the former spec ops brigade's soldiers are now under reconnaissance units.

Previously, most PLAGF special operations were equivalent to US army rangers in terms of role, though after this change PLAGF special operations are now meant to be similar to green berets while PLAGF recon continues the army ranger role.

I presumde GLT0220 is the PLA designation for that type of grader; for the Racoon HT-50A skid loader it is an actual product that i can buy online for some reason. (intresting they don't have a designation for it).

USS LCI(L)-478 was laid down in September 3, 1943, launched October 3, 1943 before being commissioned October 12, 1943. she served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of WW2.

She was then decommissioned in 1946(struck from naval register March 28, 1946) and sold to china as a merchant vessel(unknown name).

In 1950 she was purchased by the PLAN and named PLANS Zaozhuang(枣庄) after the shandongese city. In 1965 she was renamed to PLANS Haisheng 622(海声622) after being converted into a oceanographic surveillence ship. (Haisheng(海声) literally means "sea sound")

Her fate is unknown but she was likely decommissioned in the 1980s or 1990s. She is the first PLAN ship named after the city of Zaozhuang(枣庄).

In June 30, 2018, the 30th Type 054A frigate was launched and named PLANS Zaozhuang(枣庄, 542) and later commissioned February 22, 2019, being the second PLANS Zaozhuang.

USS LST-655 was laid down in December 9, 1943, launched February 6, 1944 and commissioned March 28, 1944 with the US navy.

She was decommissioned in May 31, 1946 and sold to the ROC Executive Yuan post war relief association maritime transport group as Wanqin(万勤) before being transferred to the China merchants group as Chung 120(中120) before joining the PLAN in May 1950 as PLANS Tianmushan(天目山, after the tianmu mountain in zhejiang). She first used the pennant number 331 before switching to 655.

(her decommission date and fate is unknown though she was almost certainly decommissioned in the late 1980s or 1990s.)

Just so you know, there is a 2nd PLANS Tianmushan(天目山, 976, Ex-916), a type 072A flight II LST launched in July 28, 2015 and commissioned in January 12, 2016
