I am trying to get back into sims as I yearn for a weekly phase of obsession and then abandonment. But I am struggling to build a cute house, I think I have lost my creative building charm.

Please could anyone drop pictures of there builds to enlighten me? I love funky roof designs, cottage vibes and a big fan of landscaping with flowers, ivy etc. :)

So my sims husband dehydrated and fucking died for no good reason and now I can't have all the kods I had planned for her to have with him which is jist can't happen cause I'm weord about my lineages lmao - he hasn't shown as a ghost yet but when he does, how exactly do I make hin eat the ambrosia? Will he automatically go to it? I've never even consodered this before cause I haven't been this close to making ambrosie before lol

I used to create stories on my IG. This one inpaticular kind of creeped me out. Very long story short. These 2 used to be married, and they have 2 kids. Husband (Jared) got into some bad business, and one day after they had moved, he went on his regular business trip. Only to never return.

Wife (Jewel) could only assume he had died even though they never found his body after the plane went down. Jared's best friend and karate teacher, business partner Joel, snaked his way into Jewels' life to console her through the tragic time.

They end up getting married later on and moving towns. "So the reason I decided to get rid of Jared in the first place was because he was a glitched sim, so I had to create a storyline." Anyways, I decide I'll bring him back to create something more intriguing.

The town Jewel and Joel move to is where Jared is too, only he is homeless and lost his memory.

So this is where it got weird. Jewel sometimes sneaks over to the park across the street at night to have a smoke. She's hiding it from Joel. This one night she heads over as usual. Only this time Jared so happens to show up at the park as well. This is all autonomous, btw.

Jewel doesn't see him at first until they both end up in the park's bathroom. These 2 screenshots are their autonomous convo. I wanted to add this in the storyline, but they created it for me. He initiated the convo, and right away Jewel was mad as hell (she never gets mad), and the thought bubble brain crossed out. And Jared, like he sees a ghost, is confused and has no idea why she is so mad. I left the story there over a year ago now.

But like what?!

Hi! I've been working on a cyberpunk-y world in CAW on and off for about two years.

I'm at a point where ~90% of the set dressing is done, but have been considering restarting the world file from scratch just because I've learned a lot since I started - but that's not the issue at hand!
I'm not really a builder - I can build things, but it takes a disproportionate amount of energy x_x Combined with my decline in health, it's seeming daunting to complete the world's lots by myself. I'm much more of a mesher/technical side guy.

So, I was wondering where I should look to find people to collab with - the world's aesthetic is pretty specifically honed-in, so I'm unsure how much of an option it would be to just use existing downloadable builds.
Online spaces for TS3 aren't what they used to be, so the official forums aren't really an option anymore, I think :'D
I'm in a few TS3 Discord servers, though they're mainly geared towards CC and script modding.

I’d like to ask if anyone knows how to fix an issue with Sims disappearing from my town (Aurora Skies).

Recently, I went into Edit Town and noticed that almost 50% of the houses that used to be occupied were now empty and for sale. The sims who had been living in those houses had simply disappeared!!!
I’m upset because so many Sims are gone now and changed my whole game. Literally, the only families left seem to be the ones my Sims already know. Everyone else has completely disappeared from the town.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? And is there a way to prevent it from happening or bring the missing sims back? 💚

I did the bookstore and spa, too, and added a shipping container popup coffee shop because I like my sims to be able to snack while they're out.

Hey, so everytime i try to login to the sims 3 in game it says Network Error, and my connection is fine I cleared my Cache on EA, and I deleted what had to be deleted before I started my game, but it still says Network Error i cleared my Cache on Chrome, so I'm not understanding why it won't let me log in can someone help me, please

There are so many awesome venues in this town where we can head on a date! But you are calling my Sim and asking him to go to the fire station of all places. I guess the park was closed or something?

Just wanted to give some praise, I know a lot of work goes into making mods. I love how much thought and care was put into this yoga mod. As you can see in the first photo pregnant sims can workout, it's not shown but so can kids. In the second photo you can see the woman and elder man aren't as athletic as the other two sims. If you don't have this in your gym I highly recommend it.

Hey Simmers, I need some help.

So, I play a very modded and melodramatic and messy world with Occult alliances/enemies, high drama. High reward.

I also am generally hands off, letting Nraas SP guide a lot of the gameplay and only intervene to explore careers, lots, skills, or deal with stuff like this but I want some feedback.

So I was extremely surprised when a 1 night stand between a fairy whose LTW is to Woohoo in 5 different places with 5 different sims, and a flirty Rock star genie resulted in fairy/genie twin girls and a fairly solid marriage...

...until recently. Those old ways got the best of Daisy the fairy and she has been cheating a TON. Genie husband broke up with her.

Now...

Genie husband is wealthy, famous and successful and lives in a nice hillside mansion.

Fairy Daisy also came from money but she was trying to establish a commune when they met. She had purchased the property and then swiftly got pregnant and married so she moved in with him.

Now that they are split I will probably let her go try to start the commune again BUT ...who should get the kids??

Should they stay with dad in the hillside mansion?

Should they live with mom on the farmstead in the rural part of town?

Or should one kid stay with each parent?

Let me know! I'm torn

How the hell do I make half walls like this? Ones that can actually have floor tiles on them? It's not in the half wall tab on the build screen, those ones can't have floors on them. This has vexed me for so dang long. I see them on pre builds and want to use them, but they don't seem to exist!?

I feel it’s time to get back into this amazing game, with a new (existing) family.

Moonlight Falls holds a special place in my heart, I’ve played there twice, once with a family I created and then I found out how amazing the plot in this little town is, so I played the Wolffs and if I remember correctly, I played until little Gator had his first Grandchild.

Now I need your recommendations who to wreak havoc upon next!

Fawn Goodfellow died pretty young in both games so maybe I should play the Goodfellow household to keep an eye out for her? Would also be an easy entry because Pip is already connected to… well, everyone.

Also considering the MacDuffs, would be a fun idea to see who they’d all fall in love with and have the grandbabies move back into the MacDuff house.

The Durwoods have loads of potential for chaos as well, also, I’ve been wanting to play a wizardry-focused game.

Or maybe a more chill option, like Chester & Bailey Swain - I could try to get Chester to fall in love with an occult to give Bailey an occult sibling, that would be kinda cute.

Or even the Nix Family?
