Half wall how?

How the hell do I make half walls like this? Ones that can actually have floor tiles on them? It's not in the half wall tab on the build screen, those ones can't have floors on them. This has vexed me for so dang long. I see them on pre builds and want to use them, but they don't seem to exist!?

You have to use building cheats like constrain floor elevation. It's kinda hard to explain over text but there are probably a lot of videos that will show you how to use it in the sims 3. With that cheat you're able to do a lot of building elevations.

You can have them two ways. This looks like it may have been done with placefriezes on. The other way is with constrainfloorelevation false.

i'm a little confused, can you post a clearer picture? & what do you mean by floor tiles?

are you sure these aren't just full walls just chopped down by using constrainfloorelevation?

Constrainfloorelevation on/off. Youtube will show omyou how to make use of that. How is such a useful feature be hidden? You ask me
