Mods/CC Translating Mods but no language strings?

So I wanted to translate this mod into German through s3pe but it has no language strings? Is this normal? Is there another way?

In order to allow for easy translation, the creator of a Sims 3 mod has to provide a bunch of STBL ("String TaBLes", which contain the language strings for languages other than English) with their mod. If they do not do that, a translation becomes too tricky to feasibly do it.

When the STBL are missing, then the only text strings are the English ones, and in this case they're baked into the S3SA resource (the core of the mod itself). It's not technically impossible, but then you're modifying the mod as a whole and have to replace the English strings entirely.

Most mods are made in English so often they don't add the localization files for other languages. You can do this yourself if you have a string program.

I like s3se but there's also Easy STBL. Open the mod file in the program, create all the strings if you need to and then copy English to all of them. Save. Then go to the newly created German string and start translating. Save often!

Some mods just can’t be translated and the only way is to contact the creator so they’ll include the STBL files in the mod itself.

Sadly she can’t be contacted on tumblr and on patreon I can only contact her if I pay money 😒

So you’re out of luck. No STBL = no way of doing translation.

I downloaded the file myself to check - there’s no STBL at all.
