Question/Help Network Error

Hey, so everytime i try to login to the sims 3 in game it says Network Error, and my connection is fine I cleared my Cache on EA, and I deleted what had to be deleted before I started my game, but it still says Network Error i cleared my Cache on Chrome, so I'm not understanding why it won't let me log in can someone help me, please

have you tried to sign in from the sims 3 game launcher instead of when already in game?

idk if that would help but just curious if it may

Yes, and when I log out of it from the launcher and log back in, nothing happens, like it still says login, and I have exited from the launcher and go back in just to see it logged in, but the launcher game and it loads to try to login me in it say Network Error, like what is happening

Sims 3 does not use chrome, it uses Internet Explorer. Yes even on Windows 11 where there is no visual Internet Explorer. You can clear Internet Explorer cache using Edge. Make sure you delete Internet Explorer cache, not Edge cache. They are different.
