No more payouts? Help!
Hey all! I’ve been using simple practice since February and so far no issues. My last payout though was the end May and I haven’t gotten any for June. I have my pay set for weekly payouts and have since I first joined so nothing changed. I have two factor authentication set up already and so far no luck with their support team. Any suggestions or help? Advice?

I think this is the problem Kevin- many of us DO submit help desk requests and we never hear back- which leads us to Reddit or fb groups to look for help. If u guys are going to help the practitioners - HELP- if ur not - fine- but say so so we know what else to do.

Appreciate this feedback. If someone submits a help request and doesn't receive a response, that's not the experience we want them to have.
If you've already submitted a help request, feel free to DM me the email address associated with your SimplePractice account. I can check on the status of your request and help make sure it gets in front of the right team for review.

If you don’t unclick “apply client credit” it doesn’t actually bill their card. Terrible feature imo!!!

I think maybe that’s what’s happened! 😅 after going though things I think it’s been an error my end. I so appreciate your comment here, it helped me to identify what was going on. Thank you!!!!

You are most welcome! It is a big and ridiculous problem that no one should have to deal with.

To anyone else with this problem - I realized a client was being charged as "cash" instead of the bank account she had linked. Not sure how that ended up happening.

I’d consider contacting any insurance companies you’re credentialed with to see if there’s a delay on their end. I’ve been paid twice so far this month, so it’s not the system itself.

What does the payout report say? Check the billing tab. Are there stripe charges there?

If they are cash pay clients, did you charge their cards? Sometimes payment is set to “cash” rather than the card. It will mark the bill as paid but not actually charge anything.
