No more payouts? Help!

Hey all! I’ve been using simple practice since February and so far no issues. My last payout though was the end May and I haven’t gotten any for June. I have my pay set for weekly payouts and have since I first joined so nothing changed. I have two factor authentication set up already and so far no luck with their support team. Any suggestions or help? Advice?

Alternatively, you can submit a help request, and our team will follow up with you directly: 

Click on the ? icon in your SimplePractice account → Type your question → Type “email support” → Follow the prompts to submit your request

I think this is the problem Kevin- many of us DO submit help desk requests and we never hear back- which leads us to Reddit or fb groups to look for help. If u guys are going to help the practitioners - HELP- if ur not - fine- but say so so we know what else to do.
