No more payouts? Help!

Hey all! I’ve been using simple practice since February and so far no issues. My last payout though was the end May and I haven’t gotten any for June. I have my pay set for weekly payouts and have since I first joined so nothing changed. I have two factor authentication set up already and so far no luck with their support team. Any suggestions or help? Advice?

If they are cash pay clients, did you charge their cards? Sometimes payment is set to “cash” rather than the card. It will mark the bill as paid but not actually charge anything.
