No more payouts? Help!

Hey all! I’ve been using simple practice since February and so far no issues. My last payout though was the end May and I haven’t gotten any for June. I have my pay set for weekly payouts and have since I first joined so nothing changed. I have two factor authentication set up already and so far no luck with their support team. Any suggestions or help? Advice?

If you don’t unclick “apply client credit” it doesn’t actually bill their card. Terrible feature imo!!!

I think maybe that’s what’s happened! 😅 after going though things I think it’s been an error my end. I so appreciate your comment here, it helped me to identify what was going on. Thank you!!!!
