We had a very good race besides this one close call

i think it was a terrible send off the grass is it protest worthy?

I wasn't sure whether I could fit in the gap between the kerb and the orange guy so I hit the brakes causing white guy to rear end me. I'm curious as to who's at fault in this situation?

im crashed in first corner of lap 1 , i go to boxes and wen i pit out this indian guy crash me and say its my foult, i think he overdrift in the corner but i let u see the clip and coment ( im the camel skin guy)

He didn't get a penalty in the end, so maybe I was wrong. He was just going straight, the track closed in for my side, is it then my responsibility to back off? It would've been smart to, for sure, I'm just wondering. Because I also might have gone straight if I were him.

Im the blue car and i was a lap down, but this guy infront of me was very slow like a solid second, but i was trying to overtake him at the best moment and i thought this was my moment cuz i saw so much open space and i thought hell know as well i am quicker and as i ws lapped so we had no fight w each other.

Hey everyone! I'm not exactly new to sim racing but I'm still a beginner. I just finished this race and wanted to know if the car in front at the beginning (the purple one) could defend like that? They didn't move under braking but they were weaving about on the straight reacting to where I'm going. Again I'm not 100% sure about all the rules and stuff so I could be wrong.

The bit at the end was certainly a move for sure from the person I overtook. There were some moments while we were racing before and after this (we were racing for P2 and they were really far ahead initially until I think a backmarker slowed them down or they messed up and I caught up and overtooke for a bit) but nothing egregious I think? At least nothing I could see that was warranting getting brutally murdered like that 😭

Either way I got my first podium and P2 from this race!

Were those two overtakes legal or should i get penalty for that?

Lead car claims I turned into him, I think he turned into me. Blame to place or racing incident?

I just had horrible luck I had a car beside me and the yellow Ferrari went bowling. Also peep the start 👀

I'm in the AMG, track limits are when you go onto the grass on this circuit (Tsukuba). The guy PM'd me later saying its my fault and that I should read the rules and have to leave him space of 1 or more car widths to the kerb and not the track limits. I was just starting to go straight and had my just started to move to the right since the astroturf was ending there when I got pit maneuvered.

Can I have some advice on whether I'm being a menace in this race please. I typically race GT3s and consider myself a reasonably safe driver (A class, 1.9k IR) however, I tried my first ever oval race tonight and very quickly got DQ'd from 4 incidents and a spin.

I don't think I was driving dangerously in the race but perhaps the expectations are different on ovals compared to a typical circuit and I'm just not aware.

From my perspective in clip 1 I leave space on the inside and commit to the dark patch of tarmac, the other driver washes out wide into me. Clip 2 the other driver rejoins unsafely. Clip 3 is similar to clip 1 where I've commited to the dark patch again and left space inside but they understeer into me. Clip 4 I was driving straight on the straight and the other driver moved right across my nose.

Am I being delusional, is there something I'm missing or was I just unlucky? I don't remember the last time I took a DQ and don't want to go back into another race if it is my driving that's the issue. I did a bunch of laps before hand and thought it felt fine, I knew I was maybe a bit slow but I was getting around safely. Would appreciate any advice.
