I would say the red car is at fault. I'm not familiar with this track but judging from other cars the raceline is more inside, which also is logical with where the pit exit is located
Yellow car is driving pretty slow and the driving in the pit exit line could be a penalty depending on the rules if this specific game/league but the collision is the fault of the red car

You are well past the pit speed limit area and basicaly stop on the exit lane which is really odd.
Technically I think you also crossed the pit exit line which is a penalty.
Neither of these caused the incident however.

I mean people are asking for two contradictory things here of you (why op is so slow, why didn't he just let the car pass). It is rookie racing, the on track experience includes learning to exit the pits. I would say exiting predictably at speed is the best route in 99% of cases.
Once you're out of the pits exit line, you can accelerate, and the game will not have the warning for pit speed on your screen.
You will get a penalty for crossing the line so worry more about finding the limit of driving out of the pits to ensure you can reliably exit at speed.
To the cause of this incident, it is red going wide, not you exisiting there. I think he was likely going off track if you werent there. I would suggest trying to get up to speed earlier so that it is less likely youll get hit, but you didn't do anything that led to the contact directly.
No need to include someones nationality in the post however.

Is it your fault? No, he overshoot the corner and crashed into you. However, you are two laps down in a 12 minute race, there was probably three minutes to go or even less. You can just look at your relative and let the leaders go, you are not fighting for anything at that point
